I called to exchange this very high truck, I explained how hard it was for my husband and I to continue to get in and out of the high up Dodge, he stated he could not get me out of the truck, because he needed me to return to his location. There was a Enterprise within 1 mile from my location with a standard Ford F-150 , which is what I requested, when I talk to him the day before, I was reserved to pick up a F-150, when he verified my reservation. Very disappointed with Enterprise Rental Car staff lack of concern. I will not rent from them again. It seems all of there locations are driven to make sales and don’t care about the CUSTOMER.

Danilo Vuckovich, the Assistant Branch Manager (per his card), was incredibly pleasant, courteous, helpful, and professional. He quickly and efficiently walked me through all my vehicle options, got me into a clean, efficient SUV that was exactly what I needed, and took the time to show me everything about the vehicle before I left. I was in and out in no time. I was honestly blown away by how smoothly everything went. The whole operation at this Enterprise location seems to run like a well-oiled machine. Danilo made what could have been a stressful situation into a completely stress-free and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this Enterprise location, and especially Danilo. Thank you for the great service during a time when I really needed the help. 5 stars PLUS! Thank you Danilo!
