    This place is an absolute joke. I was told my car would be ready for pickup at 12 PM, yet I ended up waiting over an hour just to get the damn car. What makes it even more ridiculous is that they already knew the car needed an oil change, but somehow still weren’t prepared. No communication. No urgency. No respect for people’s time. If you give a pickup time, that means the car should be READY — not sitting around while customers wait like their time doesn’t matter. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your day for no reason. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values customers.

    What’s the point of making a reservation 1 month in advance for them to call you 30 minutes before you’re supposed to get your car that they don’t have it and if I want a minivan.

    The staff here is very friendly and super accommodating. Kaylee and Teddy both helped me during my last visit and they made the rental process smooth and easy. I recommend everyone to this location!

    I initially had a weekend reservation for a full sized vehicle but was given a Nissan Sentra with no explanation to the switch. That was the 1st red flag that I should not continue business with this location, but I didn't make a fuss because I was not traveling with a lot. When I got to the highway and increased speed the vehicle immediately started shaking. I was on my way to an appt so did not have time to return to the location. I called and informed the worker on what I was experiencing and was told to bring it to another location to try and get a swap since I couldn't return. After reaching my destination I had to go to 2 different locations because of lack of availability of vehicles due to an event in the area. Because of this the only option I was given for a swap was an economy vehicle. I felt I had no choice but to accept it because I did not want to be stranded with the shaking vehicle. I called this location and informed of the car I was being given and verified the pricing would be adjusted, I was reassured it would. I had the rental from Friday Nov. 14th- Sun Nov. 16th. The vehicle was returned after hours on the 16th as written on my reservation and discussed again when I went in to pick up the original car. 3 days after the vehicle was returned I got a charge on my credit card from Enterprise for $397!!! That was over $150 more than the original contract for the Sentra! Surely an economy vehicle cannot cost $150 more than an intermediate or full sized car. I immediately called this location to inquire about the absurd charge, only to be met with confusion, from the associate, about where the vehicle was returned. According to the associate he saw in his system that I returned the vehicle at the airport which acquired a $100 fee. How is a car rental company offering after hours drop off but there are no protocol in place to verify if any vehicle has been returned overnight??? He then proceeds to tell me this is an issue for a manager and I should call back the next day because the manager had already left for the day. Crazy I am the one that has to call back instead of a note being left for the manager to contact the customer to fix an issue on their part. When I called the next day I spoke to a manager and she also tells me they have it written in the system that the car was returned to the airport, and that the ticket was closed by an airport employee. She reports there were extra fees applied due to airport return and having the car for 2 additional days! Ofcourse now I am confused and now pissed off because as I said the vehicle was returned on Sunday the 16th. She just repeated it shows I had the rental from the 14th-19th. I explained again and again that it was returned on Sunday night, and that they should check their cameras if they need. What is the protocol when they come in in the morning?? Are they not checking the lockbox??? She then proceeds to ask me if I have proof that I returned the vehicle on Sunday!!! I have NEVER experienced anything like this with a company!! I went in perosn on Nov 24th to get this resolved and get to the bottom of what was happening. Thankfully i took pictures of the vehicle in the lot when i returned it and had to show the time stamps before they even talked about refunding me. The associate, Kate, was rude, not helpful and had an attitude after I explained the refund amount she was saying did not make sense. She then calls over the employee I spoke to initially, who said I needed a manager to fix the issue, to help me because she could not. After several more back and forth he came up with an amount that actually made sense and he said it should take between 2-3 business days to see the refund. Well here I am on December 8th and still have not received the refund. I have switched to contacting customer service line because it's obvious I will get no where with the employees at this location, and have been told it actually takes 3-5 business days. That time frame has passed and still nothing. Called today and they say I should see it in 24-48hrs.!!
