The manager, Briana, was unkind and insensitive during a moment when patience and professionalism were needed most. After I clearly explained that I had a toddler with an ear infection and needed to get to a doctor’s appointment, she still made me wait over 20 minutes with no sense of urgency or concern. It was an unnecessary delay that showed a complete lack of care for customers and their circumstances. On top of that, the rental car provided did not have any floor mats, which is unacceptable for a company of this size and standard. It made the vehicle feel unkempt and poorly maintained. To add insult to injury, the vehicle was roach-infested. This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and overall vehicle maintenance. No customer should ever have to deal with this. I have rented from Enterprise many times without issue, but this visit left me feeling unheard, undervalued, and extremely disappointed. I truly hope management addresses this, as no customer should be made to feel this way.
