The manager, Briana, was unkind and insensitive during a moment when patience and professionalism were needed most. After I clearly explained that I had a toddler with an ear infection and needed to get to a doctor’s appointment, she still made me wait over 20 minutes with no sense of urgency or concern. It was an unnecessary delay that showed a complete lack of care for customers and their circumstances. On top of that, the rental car provided did not have any floor mats, which is unacceptable for a company of this size and standard. It made the vehicle feel unkempt and poorly maintained. To add insult to injury, the vehicle was roach-infested. This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and overall vehicle maintenance. No customer should ever have to deal with this. I have rented from Enterprise many times without issue, but this visit left me feeling unheard, undervalued, and extremely disappointed. I truly hope management addresses this, as no customer should be made to feel this way.

It broke down in lake city florida on the highway at 730pm After 6 hours of promises that they would get him off the side of the road he was still in a car with no food or ac and was not able to roll a window down. At 1 am they canceled the tow And I was told to call the police in lake city from pompano beach to get my husband off the interstate. All his possessions were left in the car which was transported to Jacksonville. He was in lake city. Had to pay for a hotel out of my pocket. Was informed they would uber him to gainesville to rent a car. Which they did not. Between my husband and I we called over 20 phone calls and visits to 3 branches including on on mcnab and poweline. And were told that to get him home we would have to rent a car for another day. But we could not even rent a car from them because they had not processed the defective car they gave him. So we had to go to hertz to rent a car to get him home. Worst experience. Worst customer service. And we rent a car every month from them.
