  -1st Entreprise location at 1000 S. federal Hwy Pompano beach FL : : rating 0/5 NO CAR& No SERVICE 2nd Enterprise location: 1402 S.Pompono Pkwy ( corner Powerlne & ) McNab rd. Pompano beac rating: 5/5 SEE EXPLANATIONS BELOW was brought direcly by my car dealer to your office located nearby at 1000 S Federal Hwy Pompano fl. There starts my horror story. Get there the office is full of people who previously made a reservations ahead of time. they were yet no car available for them so imagine what happened to me who got there at my BMW dealer’s suggestion ? NO CAR GOOBYE NEXT! Needless to say that after waiting in line more than an hour I was told that they did not have cars available and I would have. to rent elsewhere . I had to call a friend for help as we couldn’t walk to the other Enterprise Office. wich was 4-5 miles away. arriving at your office located at 1402 S . Powerline Pompano beach Fl. I exposed my situation te the staff at your counter there and then received from (Jacob Manager and his Team)) and the service was great as I always had when going at their location. 2HL6Yl9.   I do NOT recommend renting from this location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I returned the vehicle clean and washed, and I replaced the gas before bringing it back. I was told directly that my deposit would be refunded after I returned the car. However, I only received part of my refund. When I called to ask about the remaining balance, I was told someone would call me back — but no one ever did. Now I have to contact corporate to try to resolve this issue. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I will not be renting from this location again. And the car was not in good condition at all but some how they gave it to me and I had my nieces in the car

  Let me just start off by saying how friendly and kind is the customer service at Enterprise I had a rental due to my accident and they exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless. The tank was full of gas. It was very safe and updated to drive. I highly recommend Enterprise. They are the best hands-down. Thank You Enterprise for my rental.

  My mom rented a car from here. The rate we got was great! Dimitri was very helpful as well. His customer service is exceptional!
