What could have been a frustrating hassle was made incredibly easy and fast thanks to one of your associates, James. James was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and immediately came out to assist me. He quickly confirmed my battery was dead, helped me select the correct replacement, and—the best part—installed the new battery for me right there in the parking lot! His level of proactive customer service and efficiency was truly outstanding. James represents the very best of customer care; he has what it takes to be a great Customer Service Manager one day. And when you meet the manager, Mike G. you can see that he is the shining example of how it's done RIGHT! He's definitely on top of his duties and the staff is paying attention to him. I stopped to get my tire pressure checked after my tire pressure light came on late at night as I was driving from CoralSprings to Fort Lauderdale. Tire service is not offered, so I was just going to purchase the gage and check myself. Mike G. went above and beyond when he automatically offered his help and checked every tire for me!! Get this...he even aired them up for absolute safety!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS DEFINITELY HERE!!! Thanks again for your help, Mike! Home safe and sound, thanks to you! See you again!
