Extremely short on the phone.

Now when I come in, there’s always someone there to help. I recently went in for my Lexus and Jose S. was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell he cared about your issue and tried to get you the help you needed. He made the process easy for me to understand and when I took it to the mechanic I already knew what to expect so that I wouldn’t get overcharged. I wish Jose could have fixed it himself! But it was an issue outside of Autozone’s scope. Autozone is definitely my neighborhood auto parts go to store now and I have to thank Jose for making that happen.
