  Every single time I come in here the workers are so annoyed to do their job they genuinely huff and puff at me for something as simple as charging my battery when it’s not even close to closing time. Apparently they made a bet that I was gonna come in and ask for them to look at my car started busting out laughing when I asked them to charge it they checked it said it was good and walked away when the receipt says it needs to be charged.

  Melvin is outstanding! While working diligently on restocking the shelves and answering phones...He helped me locate the Royal Purple oil while explaining to me its superior film strength, exceptional oxidation resistance, and advanced cleaning agents. I will be back to #4974 just because of him! Please give this man a well deserved raise so AutoZone doesn't lose him to competitors.

  Long story short. Every time i go here i get the best service. Whether for checking this that out the other they ready. This times had Jimmy 😊 Super attentive and courteous. He checked my battery. Checked other light. Got me information for my headlight.. also advised on what was the current problem all with a smile. Let's go Auto Zone!! Your employees make this a great place for a woman like me to get all her questions and issues fixed. Won't be the first or last time i visit. Jimmy keep up the good work!! I appreciate you that day.   I bought a battery at AutoZone a year ago, and this past week, I’ve had to jump-start my car every morning. Today, I went to AutoZone to see if I could exchange it, but the employee told me the battery was fine. I left there and went to Wawa to get gas; when I tried to start the car, the battery had died again. I’d like to thank AutoZone for failing to give me the proper attention and for leaving me stranded.
