  The associate Jonathan is a great worker and did an excellent job addressing my car problems. He made quick work of the repair and managed to get me back on the road within a couple hours. Definitely recommend.

  Made a 9 am appointment, got here at 8:30. It is now after 11 and I am still waiting and my truck has not moved. I asked if i would be done by 11 and was told " i dont see why not". I should have known.Why have appointments if you can not meet them within a reasonable time. Sitting in the showroom, an no one has said anything. They need training on customer service.

  Took my car there 2 weeks ago they called me in a half an hour said whoever put the tires on before they crossed threaded might be more expensive a week late I took it to Walmart it was cheaper and faster I had the tires on there the same price and instead of $40,000 50,000 mph mile tires so that place Lonestar for me good
