It is rare to find such proactive service in retail today, and her energy set a great tone for the visit. The checkout process was just as efficient; Dilenny was attentive and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed before completing the transaction. From a customer service standpoint, she is an asset to this team. The only minor suggestion for an even higher level of consultative selling would be a quick follow-up question regarding why the antifreeze was needed (to check for leaks or specific vehicle compatibility), but overall, the experience was seamless. This location is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is top-notch. Highly recommended!
