However the person I spoke to at corporate never sent email which caused confusion, I came in and ask for John who doesn’t work at the store, which he should have stated in the beginning. Then when I ask I’m told there is no John, this is not the first time this has happened. It’s not the people who are actually at the store, it’s who I spoke with, stop passing the buck. Damian great job!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!

He handled everyone efficiently with grace and didn’t even break a sweat. As busy as it was, all I needed was someone to patch my tire and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He deserves a raise!
