The front desk employee who is an older man with no name tag working today 1/3/2026 at 1:15pm is totally RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was trying to find out if they would install my tires that I purchased online because I got a military discount. He told me yes and asked "where did you buy them" I replied with "why does that matter." Without explaining or being more transparent about why he was asking, he immediately got rude and told me to leave! I asked if this is how they treat disabled veterans and that I am 52 years old because he did not have to yell at me. He continued shouting at me while stating that he is 74 years years old. He has a huge ego and was more concerned about embarrassing me in front of another customer rather than help me with my tire installation. This employee is a very bad example of professionalism for Tire Choice!!!

After I found them online, they sent a driver to grab me and my tire. They then installed a new tire on my rim and took me back to my vehicle. So thankful Tire Choice Auto service was there when I needed their help.
