  I was kept informed of what was happening on the repair if there was an issue that needed to be taken care of and if the repair could wait or if it needed to be done now.

  When I went into the tire center in Plant city to get my oil changed, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. He just looked up to me and told me to go sit in the waiting room he’ll be with me shortlyso he never did get my information of what I was there for or anything so I got back up and went back out front to tell him. Hey I’m here to get an oil change and he told me I know which I’ve never told him but for me to go sit back in the waiting room. so he never did get my information of what I was there for or anything so I got back up and went back out front to tell him hey I’m here to get a oil change and he told me I know which I’ve never told him but for me to go sit back in the waiting room so I’m assuming he’s gonna call me up when he’s ready for me but never did so I go back to him and let him know that. Hey I’m here for oil change. Do I need to give you my information? He seem frustrated when I asked him that and then went to take my information down after I gave him my information, I went back to the waiting room. After the oil change was done I went to the front to pay him. I pulled out $140 and gave it to him and he told me that he doesn’t have change so I asked him what am I supposed to do about that and he says I don’t know but I don’t have change. I said well let me give you $120 because you’re not having change is not my fault this is your business and you should keep changing for cash paying customers. He proceeded to give me 20 of my dollars back and told me I needed to go to Burger King, which was a couple of doors down in order to get changed to come back to get my truck. At that point, I felt that I’m not the customer anymore. He was and he wanted me to take care of an issue that should solely be on the business. he should have change. He was not prepared for his work day by not having enough change for cash paying customers and made me Feel like it was my fault and I needed to correct the fact that he doesn’t have change that is unacceptable in customer service. I have a choice where I take my money too and to be treated like that was horrible. I will never go back to that tire center in Plant city again solely because I was treated very rude and that is not how I wanna spend my money. It was rather embarrassing because there was another customer in the lobby while me and his conversation was going on and she couldn’t believe it either.

  Staff is friendly & everyone was professional. Good tire selection. I had an issue w/ my brakes n they were able to fix it. I highly recommend them.

  Talk about a RIP OFF and scam putting a brand new nail in your tire stating you can’t get out and want to charge me $200 for ONE TIRE my fiancé pulled the nail out in a second, they say they will give you a call before doing anything ha what a lie, 500 dollars later for what to drive with a spare not to mention they don’t even know where they are located and know how to put a car on the lift - DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RAPED ! Absolutely ridiculous
