Upon arriving and checking in, they said they didn’t have any cars and were expecting some “in a few hours”. I informed them I would be willing to take “any car”, but it was still going to take hours. Obviously this is not going to work for time sensitive work travel. Hence the reason for providing availability based on selecting a “pickup time”. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem. After being told it may be hours, I was told they would know more in about 20 minutes. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one said a word or approached me. They had zero cars there. This was a significant waste of time and even worse to sit there and not even be acknowledged.
