  I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to my friend Alex for his help recently. I was dealing with some serious issues with my vehicle and couldn’t quite figure out what was going on. Alex stepped in, took the time to really look things over, and used his knowledge and experience to accurately diagnose a blown head gasket. What really stood out to me wasn’t just that he got the diagnosis right—it was how thorough and patient he was throughout the whole process. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t rush through anything, and made sure I understood what was happening with my engine and what my options were moving forward. He went above and beyond what most people would do, especially considering he didn’t have to take the time out of his day to help me like that. It’s hard to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely willing to help without expecting anything in return. If you ever need someone reliable, knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to automotive issues, Alex is definitely the person to call. I’m beyond grateful for his help and can’t recommend him enough.

  Great. They addressed all my concerns, were honest with me during my rotation and balance. I ran up a curve and they checked my suspension for damage. The weekend before they fixed a valve stem concern right before close.

  I bought a couple sets of tires here in the experience has always been good. Prices are fair tell me can usually get you in and out and the reasonable amount of time. They've also gone out of their way to fit in a quick repair like a patch.

  Wow! What a great experience! This is the best customer service treatment I have had in quite a long time. As soon as I walked in, Brandon, the manager was there to greet me and help me with my issue. I got a nail in my tire late Friday afternoon and have a continuing education seminar Saturday morning in Orlando. I definitely didn’t want to have to U er from St. Pete to Orlando and back….. but of course I was concerned, because who would be able to fix this for me on such sort notice. These guys were awesome! The tire was removed and patched from the inside, making me way more confident that it would be safe, versus me doing the old tor strip from the outside method. It only took literally minutes. I was in and out before I knew it and probably cost me less than buying one of those kits. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! You guys rock! Thanks for keepin’ it real and treating us customers so well! If you need tire service, i can assure you, you won’t be disappointed at Tire Kingdom in Pinellas Park!

  Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I had called to make an appt to get four new tires. We discussed a few different tires and settled on a set of Michelin but they would have to be ordered. Everything was set. I even confirmed two days before my appt. I get there this morning and they don't have the tires. No record of an order nothing. The guy at the counter said it's not their fault because I probably talked to the call center and they have no control. They only two lower end tires they could give... neither of which I would've purchased. I don't understand why it's so hard to be reliable. You literally cannot trust anyone or anything these days. How do you make an appt... even call and confirm later... only for these people to stare at you with blank "oh well" look on their face. There's zero pride, zero work ethic. I would go get tires anywhere else. Why go to Tire Kingdom at this location if you can't even get your tires.
