  The manager didn't know how to submit a warranty claim for a tire, and I believe I was double charged for said tire. The store is clean but the techs look like they're 15. Next time I will insist my tire be moved to my normal store vs having to go there again.

  Had to repair a flat tire, came over to Mavis, James and Dave had is in and out in less than 30 minutes, Elias made the repair quick and easy, the whole process was quick and professional, Would highly recommend Mavis to anyone in need of quick professional service!

  Wonderful service for my Tesla Model Y. I got my tires rotated and they took care of the service fast and efficiently. FYI, they have jack pucks here so you do not have to bring your own. Thank you all so much for the great service!

  They seemed nice enough at first. I went in because my two front tires were bad and I needed an alignment. I drive the substantial distance to go to work everyday and needed reliability. They took the time to go over those items or so I thought. The next day I had an engagement in Sarasota and all the way down there my car was making this thumping sound that it had not made before. This went on for several days and then 3 days later my tire light came on. I returned to the shop and they informed me that my motor mounts were bad and a bunch of other things that were unrelated to my tire but which would have come to close to $1,000 for the repairs. I advise I did not have that kind of money and I asked them to figure out the tire light. They brought the car back to me and basically dismissed me because an attractive young lady had come in behind me and they were suddenly much more interested in speaking with her. I left the shop and called them on the phone to ask about what they had found with the tire light. The gentleman told me they hadn't even looked at the tires and I was welcome to bring them back in. So I had to make a second trip back over there on the same night to have them do that. They advised they did not find anything wrong, but they would have a technician put air in the tires just in case. As another reviewer also mentioned I did not have caps on my new tires either and had to ask for them. Well, it is now one week after I purchased the new tires and guess what? My tire light is back on again. I will be going to a different shop together assessed since it does not appear that it will be addressed correctly here. It's too bad as it's close to home and they were friendly, but when I pay this type of money for service I don't expect to have issues 3 days later. I've been to used tire places where the product has held up for far longer.
