  To the say the process was seamless is an understatement. Within an hour of my accident I had an appointment scheduled with Gerber!! Anthony was wonderful from the moment I dropped my car off, from giving me updates all through out the week to when I picked my car back up! He made the process so easy and he took great care of me!! I am very grateful and would suggest this place to every body!!

  I would love to see a 5 star review for a new community business but I can’t! A man was on the phone and kept having difficulty with the call, instead of hanging up and take care of a live customer he got back on to make the call. Another worker saw us while he was playing on the computer. He said the other guy we need to see. We waited and waited. We finally left! We went Robert’s Collision in Clearwater! We were saw immediately got in and out and got the estimate! Going there for our work! I would suggest a class on customer service. Unfortunately, we were women so maybe that was the reason! A little respect goes a long way! Go to Roberts Collision they will not disappoint!

  Having an accident is scary! And when people are hurt and damage is done, you need all the support you can get. I am grateful for the community, the hospitality, and the overall experience of dropping my car off for repairs. Thanks 🙏🏼 Gerber!!! I’ll add an after pic and a completion review when I pick my car up 💕
