  These people charge you $5 for a detail kit. A rag, glass cleaner and cleaning wipes. Every other car wash I've visited offered those things for free. They're not even less expensive!!! There's not even a trash container where the cleaning ports are to empty your trash. Seriously? Never again

  Ricardo was my first impression at Tommy’s express , he was outside by the vacuums & made my experience 10x better. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that means a lot to witness.

  My mom went by and her bumper was already hit in the past. I don’t know if the pressure was too much or what since I wasn’t there but a part of it fell off and my mom doesnt speak English but she still tried to explain and the manager which was a tall skinny guy with a beard (as she described)told her to wait for them to check the cameras and that in the mean time she could get 6 months free of car wash, days later my mom goes by and they don’t know her or the 6 months free so I called up and explained and he said he wrote her name down for the 6 months free wash and whenever she went by again they didn’t know her or her 6 months free, every time we’ve went by he’s never there and no one knows what happened. We got a 6 months deal card after we went and complained once again but it says we only got 1 month free. I like this car wash they got rlly good self services after you run it through the wash I just wish they would’ve been more efficient with the incident

  Very bad they start good not anymore no towels to dry the car you had to request worker don’t check vacuum some of them doesn’t work good
