  Wow! What a great experience! This is the best customer service treatment I have had in quite a long time. As soon as I walked in, Brandon, the manager was there to greet me and help me with my issue. I got a nail in my tire late Friday afternoon and have a continuing education seminar Saturday morning in Orlando. I definitely didn’t want to have to U er from St. Pete to Orlando and back….. but of course I was concerned, because who would be able to fix this for me on such sort notice. These guys were awesome! The tire was removed and patched from the inside, making me way more confident that it would be safe, versus me doing the old tor strip from the outside method. It only took literally minutes. I was in and out before I knew it and probably cost me less than buying one of those kits. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! You guys rock! Thanks for keepin’ it real and treating us customers so well! If you need tire service, i can assure you, you won’t be disappointed at Tire Kingdom in Pinellas Park!

  Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I had called to make an appt to get four new tires. We discussed a few different tires and settled on a set of Michelin but they would have to be ordered. Everything was set. I even confirmed two days before my appt. I get there this morning and they don't have the tires. No record of an order nothing. The guy at the counter said it's not their fault because I probably talked to the call center and they have no control. They only two lower end tires they could give... neither of which I would've purchased. I don't understand why it's so hard to be reliable. You literally cannot trust anyone or anything these days. How do you make an appt... even call and confirm later... only for these people to stare at you with blank "oh well" look on their face. There's zero pride, zero work ethic. I would go get tires anywhere else. Why go to Tire Kingdom at this location if you can't even get your tires.

  Called in around 9am to get a quote on two tires. Brandon and Richard gave me great pricing and said they could start immediately. Great customer service, in and out quickly and highly recommend this location if you need some new tires or any auto service.

  Everyone at Tire Kingdom was very polite, skilled and professional. My wife and I are not from around Clearwater but were attempting to go to the beach then finding a flat tire. The crew took us in and solved this issue by patching the tire with great care and speed! While we might not see them again for some time we highly recommend based off our one random visit!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Tire Kingdom in Pinellas Park. I came in stressed after running over a bungee strap that got stuck in my tire, expecting the worst but instead, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The team quickly took a look, patched my tire, and had me back on the road in no time. In a world where we’re used to hearing that nothing is free, they reminded me that kindness still is. Fast, friendly, and honest service like this is rare. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy people who treat customers like family.
