  1/4-Sunday I got my tire patched and before I reached home the psi was 27 vs 35, so I return and mechanic smoking a cigarette says I need a new tire due to hole being in corner of tire, but they had to order so I had my husband shop around. The next day a competitor was able to plug.

  Both ladies there are clueless, there primary job is to transfer you or leave you on hold. I ask for a specific personal. She told me some else can help me. They do not keep there work.. they will find,all sort of extra stuff wrong with your car.. whatever pricet they tell you.. get ready.. it will be more.. I've been going here form 20 years. When it was good year 4 car they gave worked on.. but gone seriously downhill.. especially the women that work there are clueless.. better of going across street to Fiirestone or Noble.. not a professional, reasonable honest place anymore

  Quick and efficient service given it was Sunday morning. Blew a tire on the road. Tire Choice fixed me up quickly and reasonably priced.

  I don’t normally write reviews to often at all, good or bad, But especially bad.(bad will be at the end of this.. let me say now, they gave me my car with bone dry coolant AND oil. First shout out to Roman and Saturn.. the front people who help you in the beginning are really cool and will genuinely help you out, listen to your concerns and will not tell you something they don’t know.. also if money is your concern they will definitely talk with you. So cudos to them and remember as far as your car work and diag.. they tell you what they are being told.. so don’t get upset with them :) however the mechanics can be liars and was even talking about not getting paid enough. My car was over heating and I asked them to mark down everything I need right now to stop it and I had 4 other mechanics look at it ( I only went there bc they do credit cards and I already put so much into it ) and every one of them said I cannot believe they did this to you. I got my car back worse than I gave it to them. They marked everything BUT the 2 things that i actually needed and then proceeded to tell me my car would not overheat and now my choices are to file claims, pay another 1700 bc they said I would be all good and my head gasket blew 5 min down the road. Or I can get a refund, so I do thank them that they are trying to help but at the same time you can tell they just don’t give a shit and this is not my first issue with Firestone. They also broke 3 things while repairing ( replaced ) but when I picked it up I was told they fixed those things for free and then saw on my paper work that they broke it which that’s ok just don’t freaking lie !!!!

  I cannot thank Derek enough for his help and honesty. I brought my car in with an issue while on a very tight schedule for a moving trip. Derek used his knowledge to help me troubleshoot as much as he could, but immediately let me know that his technician wouldn't be available the day of. ​Recognizing that I needed a quick turnaround and couldn't wait, he recommended a nearby shop that could take me the same day.
