Never tried to talk me into getting anything I didn't need or want. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They did give me advice on a fuel induction as my Kia is a 2018 and has reached 100,000 miles. 10/10 recommended coming here! The pricing is amazing too! Thank you guys so much for making my oil change simple, and enjoyable! 🤞🏼 you have my business!!!!!

And i have to say that brandon and his crew at grease monkey are truly good and honest people. They showed me everything. Informed me of what needed to be done but werent pushy at all and didnt try to force any sales on me but rather informed me and let me make the decision.
- LLLisa5 days ago1.0Too busy trying to upsell that they fail the basics. Took 35 minutes to get an oil change. They spent 95% of time checking other things (which is not what I went there for). If the additional checks didn’t delay the requested service so drastically, I wouldn’t mind but it’s too much. They removed way more rivets than needed to access the oil filter and DID NOT REPLACE THEM. I’ve been coming here for YEARS but will not return.

Never once have i ever felt pressured with grease monkey. Some of these one star reviews that are left dont add up woth the service that they provide. Prices are going up everywhere people. Times are changing. Moral of my story is dont buy a car that you arent prepared to spend the money on to maintenance it. And then criticize a shop for charging you money for a repair that you say you can start doing yourself. If you could you wouldnt be coming to these guys. Give these guys some credit because their the ones that keep your car running not you. GREAT JOB GUYS. YOU ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!

I understand that prices go up with inflation, but it’s frustrating that every time I come in for an oil change, I’m pressured to buy a list of additional services. This used to be a cost-effective place for a simple oil change, but now the prices feel more like a luxury dealership—without the level of product quality or customer service to match. Because of this, I’ll likely start doing my own oil changes moving forward.
