  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent rental experience that was, frankly, unacceptable—especially given that I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. The process of obtaining my vehicle was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I received numerous text messages encouraging early sign-in, yet completing those steps provided absolutely no benefit. Upon arrival, I was told additional requirements were needed, including proof of my insurance company and the presentation of a physical credit card. A debit card or digital wallet card was not accepted, which forced me to return home to retrieve the card—wasting significant time. After accommodating all of these requirements and losing over an hour in the process, the vehicle was still not ready when I returned. I was required to wait even longer, despite having complied with everything requested of me. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to “read the fine print” and, more disturbingly, that I did not have to rent from your company if I was unhappy. This response demonstrated a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction or loyalty. There was no effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.The message I received was clear: my business was not valued. Based on that interaction—and as suggested by your staff—I will never rent from your company again. This experience stands in stark contrast to the level of service I would expect after more than two decades as a customer. ------------------------------------------------ Conclusion: I followed the instructions in this review and contacted Enterprise customer service. The representative stated that someone would reach out and that a discount would be applied for the inconvenience, which I appreciated at the time. Result: No one ever contacted my wife or me. When we returned the vehicle, there was no apology, and no discount applied. This seems to be par for the course. The company appears disorganized and quick to make promises that are never honored, buried behind fine print. Very Disappointed!
