Despite it being only his third day on the job, he delivered a level of care, attention, and compassion that far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. As a recent widow navigating new and overwhelming responsibilities, I entered the store feeling uncertain and emotionally heavy. Martin was the only associate who truly saw me, listened to me, and attended to my needs with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding. His respect for me as a Black female, coupled with his compassion and thoughtful guidance, transformed my experience completely. Because of his attentiveness and the trust he established, I not only purchased what I originally came in for but made additional purchases as well. He was so much more than a sales associate, he was exactly the blessing and support I needed in that moment. It is clear that Martin’s approach to customer care is exceptional, and honestly, the rest of the employees could benefit greatly from modeling his professionalism, empathy, and dedication. - ZKZak KourisNov 5, 20255.0Accidentally replaced the wrong bulbs on my head lights and Jacory and Aiden were incredibly helpful. We left with 10 minutes to close and had an immediate issue turned around to get back with them only open another few minutes and they both immediately helped access the problem and even helped make it go faster by taking one side while I took the other. Apparently the last person to replace the bulbs in this car put the wrong bulbs in the high beam spot. Causing the problem. But both of them were absolutely so incredibly helpful especially when I know they were just a minute or so away from being free and clear of customers to go about their night. Thank you guys so much!
