  Nice gentlemen came to replace rear passenger glass on my truck but ran into problems. I was required to pay before even viewing vehicle; I accommodated. Gentlemen removed rain visor from rear door to allow access to glass. When completed the gentlemen left leaving lots of glass chards/debris on garage floor. I could not find the rain visor which had been removed and when I called to ask where it had been placed I was told it was laid on the truck bed cover. I never saw it there and, despite my efforts to locate it by retracing my travel, could not find it. I suspect it was accidentally taken or thrown away. Regardless, I was not even offered assistance with cost of replacement. After researching replacement I learned cost would be about $100. I contacted Greg to ask how he would like to resolve and he claimed to not understand what I was asking. I told him I expected reimbursement for the cost of the part and he refused. He got angry and claimed he would be contacting his attorney. I reported the incident to my charge card company. Unfortunate and discouraging experience. I'm sure I'm an outlier. Dr. Salazar.

  It hurt my feelings what happened to my car but these guys was fast and reliable and best price in the city. I called around multiple places and they gave me the best price and time.......I would definitely recommend them to whoever.....thank ALL PRO GLASS I APPRECIATE U AND THE WORK YOU DO

  I Highly recommend All pro Glass Excellence in quality workmanship, Service & professionalism I called made an appointment next day Greg showed up did a fantastic Job on my car I couldn't even tell the glass was replaced it looked brand new Greg is Very knowledgeable professional. & has now done Multiple vehicles that all had problems with glass & I won't use anyone else All Pro Glass all the way.

  Greg is very professional and cortious The price he quoted me was exactly what I paid. His work is excellent! He took the time to do the installation correctly! I highly recommend all pro glass !!!!!!!
