I wish I asked his name but today is Saturday, September 20 its noon and I am at the 6301 Park Boulevard location. I’m really floored by how courteous and patient The service provider was. He even carried my brakes and pads to my car for me and that was why I’m writing this review. I do hope this does not go unnoticed by management if he is management promote him to corporate. Kat helped me and went over and beyond to help answer all my questions and provide assistance. She pulled out my cabin air filter (which desperately needed replacement) and put the brand new one in for me! She looked around my engine casing to check for leaks and gave a lot of helpful information. I think she might have even been off shift because she was walking out to her car when I initially stopped her to ask her a question. It wasn’t until we were all done (probably 10 mins or more) that I saw her go to her car drive away and realized she had probably already clocked out. She was amazing! Best service I’ve experienced anywhere in so long. She makes me want to come back to that location every time I need things for my vehicle!
