  Stopped at Crown Kia exploring a purchase consideration for either a Sportage or Sorento , 2026. Was greeted by sales rep Bruce: He was cordial, sensibly probing; immediately interested in our time line for purchase; a fair question He was product knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with, He was a very capable sales rep. I would not shop other Kia stores as if it winds up being a negotiation for Kia; he earned our trust. We'll see what happens when we explore a consideration of Kia when and if we decide that Kia is the car for us. I currently own one; a good start.

  So I got home from work and I went on the website and saw a vehicle that I liked I filled out my name and within one minute the sales woman Lace Simmons called me and asked how she can help me. I told her I would like to come in the next morning and look at the 2019 Nissan Murano. She said absolutely what time ,told her the time she said she would have it up front and clean. As she said it was when I pulled up I walked in and met with her immediately and went for a ride and I liked it. Lace was absolutely amazing and helpful and got the deal done. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and It was scary. But the experience was not as bad as I thought it was going to be,thanks to Lace. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thanks.

  Found a tremendous service professional in Crown KIA sales consultant, Ryan Johnson, who assisted me in purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Was thankful for his patience, his knowledge base, and his approachable character :) He was not deterred that I had no experience in buying a vehicle at a dealership and explained as much as I needed him to explain. It was a smooth transaction and not the anxiety-producing one I expected. I am a delighted owner of a KIA, thanks to him. Dexter Benjamin was a great help as well as Used Vehicles Supervisor. He was the first to greet me and introduced me to Ryan. Kat Burke of Crown Nissan started my search off with kind assurances and direction and pointed me to the Crown KIA dealership, according to my stated needs. I would highly recommend any of this Crown team!

  Jennifer Jelinski was our recent sales consultant at Crown Kia, and she made our experience very pleasant and smooth from the start. My husband was in a crash that totaled our family vehicle, so we were looking to replace the vehicle as soon as possible. I walked into the dealership three hours or less before closing time, so I was scared I may not be able to secure a vehicle that same day, but Jennifer Jelinski happily assisted me and even stayed a bit past closing time with a couple of other employees to ensure that the process was completed for me that same evening. I am extremely grateful for her help and patience. She also gets bonus points because I brought my 6-year-old daughter (who normally gets restless after only five minutes), and my daughter didn't complain once. Jennifer was very warm and welcoming to both of us. I would definitely recommend Crown Kia (and Jennifer, if you have the opportunity)!

  Lace is my sales rep and she is absolutely AMAZING! I am an extremely busy person and I needed to be in a new vehicle within a few days. I told her this and she said “I got you”! And she definitely did!! I told her what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and what I needed my payments to be, and she delivered exactly THAT! I think we started texting around 11am & she told me I could pick up my new car when I got off work that day! Lace did literally all the work for me! She exceeded all expectations! I mean she made me feel like I was a top priority. I LOVE Lace & Justin the sales manager that was able to get me the phenomenal price he got me on a BRAND NEW Sorento! I love Kia and will send everyone I know here!!! I highly recommend KIA and Lace to anyone who wants to feel like wants and needs are valued! This is the place to go!
