    I honestly don’t even know where to start… this was HANDS DOWN the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my life, and it’s all thanks to Fernando at Crown Honda. From the very first moment, Fernando went ABOVE AND BEYOND in a way that you just don’t see anymore. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a car — he truly cared about helping me make the right decision. His energy, professionalism, and knowledge were on another level. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING clearly, answered every single question with confidence, and made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. I ended up getting my brand new Honda CR-V 2026, and I couldn’t be happier. Fernando made it happen. He worked hard to get me the right deal, guided me through every step, and made sure I left completely satisfied. No pressure, no confusion — just straight honesty and elite service.     We recently took our 2018 Honda Pilot to Crown Honda for regular service as well as to address filters care and a light repair. While there, we were approached very respectfully for permission to value the car for potential trade in. We agreed and found ourselves with the sales department, specifically Nathan McClernon and Enver Bekric. They understood this was a new idea and my reluctance to let go of a car I have really enjoyed but at the same time helped me understand the wisdom of a trade-in at this point given the low inventory as well as the bargaining potential of a solid trade in. They were very knowledgeable and exhibited professionalism and transparency but also a very genuine interest in sharing our stories in the process. We felt heard as we wrestled with what was best and were given ample time to make a decision armed with great information as a result of the time spent with these two gentlemen. Long story short we did decide to do the trade in and left with a beautiful new Honda Pilot. Win/Win :)

    From my experience I don't know how this dealership(Crown Honda) got such high reviews I bought an HRV from this dealership when I first moved to the area at (Crown Honda)wanted to trade it in but my sales person doesn't call me back or he's not in they lost two sales from me because they don't or in my case the online service did not call me back , so, I purchased a high end vehicle from another dealer ship and thought we'll I like my service guy from crown I'll at least have my new Vehicle service there , but I was talked down to and yelled at by a porter with long white hair and mustache and my maintane person wasn't in and all the other techs just stood around and didn't help me ,I guess it was too early in the morning , maybe im the only one with this experience, but I won't have loyalty to any dealer (Crown Honda) just like they do with my business thier just a number like we are , next car will be a Toyota.

    I recently purchased my new Pilot Black Edition from Crown Honda, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Everything about the process was simple and straightforward. I received the information I needed quickly, communication was clear and consistent, and there was never any runaround or pressure. I was initially presented with a deal that seemed almost unbelievable. I paused before moving forward, but John, the General Sales Manager, personally stepped in to walk me through the details and confirm that the offer was exactly as presented. He then had Enver, one of his sales managers, take over to ensure everything was handled properly. Enver even worked on his day off, coordinating with Athena in the Business Office to make sure all the paperwork and details were ready for my arrival the next day. When I got to the dealership, Sasa greeted me right away. He had the vehicle prepped and waiting, and he took the time to help set everything up before I drove off. He then introduced me to Antonette, another Business Manager, who made the signing process quick, smooth, and stress‑free. What really impressed me was how thoughtful and welcoming everyone was. They even offered food recommendations since they knew we had traveled a long distance. The professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care from the entire team truly stood out. The drive was absolutely worth it, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Pilot Black Edition. I’ll gladly recommend Crown Honda to friends and family.

The entire process was super easy, I received all the information I requested in a timely manner, and the communication was consistent with absolutely no runaround. I was offered an amazing deal that honestly felt too good to be true. I decided to hold off at first, but John, the General Sales Manager, stepped in and provided clear details and reassurance that the offer was legitimate. He then had Enver, one of his sales managers, take over to make sure everything went through exactly as promised. Enver even worked on his day off, alongside Athena in the Business Office, to ensure everything was prepared for my arrival the next day. When I arrived, Sasa, my Certified Honda Sales Consultant, greeted me promptly, had the vehicle ready, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly before I left. He made the transition to meet with Antonette, another Business Manager, seamless, and she made completing the paperwork an absolute breeze. What really stood out was how thoughtful and genuine everyone was. They even offered food recommendations since they knew we had driven a long way. The professionalism, service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way.
