  Called ahead and was told to come in Saturday. Had two front tires mounted (brought my own) and an alignment done. Price was very good and the car drives straight and smooth at highway speeds. Customer service is a bit minimal and you may need to flag someone down, but the work and value are there. I’d go back.

  My experience at ABC Tire in Pinellas Park was terrible!! I pulled into the parking lot and walked inside. A man and a lady were behind the counter. No one greeted me so I figured they were in the middle of something and I would patiently wait. After about 20 seconds of silence the man just started staring at me. Then said “what do you want” in a very unfriendly voice. I explained that I had done a patch on one of my tires myself until I could get it done professionally and shared That is was leaking and I was wondering if they could look at it to see if they could patch it professionally. The man asked me where my car was. I said it’s the van parked out front he says pull it into the bay. There were cones blocking the way I would pull around the side into the bay and the parking was one way. So then I asked was it okay to back out of the parking and the cone around due to the cones. He and the lady exchanged conversation and then the man states “well she already parked where she wasn’t supposed to park I guess I’ll have to move the cones”. As he walked out I said that was kind of rude. I’ve never been to this place how was I supposed to know where to park. I decided that I wasnt going to stay there. I walked outside and the man told me he wasn’t talking to me when he said that and I said well you were looking at me when you said it and said clearly where I would hear. I told him I felt that was very rude. He told me “this is just how I talk it’s okay if you don’t like it”. I stated I would not be staying. All the while all the employees head the exchange and not one person came over to attempt to make it right and keep my business. Instead the guy I was talking to walked inside and I got into my car. Another man came to move the cones blocking I thought maybe he was going to g to talk to me. But he did not. I rolled my window down and he just looked away. I will not be going there again. A lot of tire shops have you park in the parking lot to check you in. How was I supposed to know this one was different.

  I had to get three tires replaced. They assisted me very well, got me in and out very quick, and was really sweet to me. When I need another tire or anything related, I will definitely come back to this location.
