  So I had a bad experience going to Advance Auto 2 days in a row. Yesterday I didn't feel comfortable with the gentleman at Advance how he explained the difference between some fuses I didn't understand I don't think he understood went to AutoZone immediately after and I got what I needed and the worker was able to explain to where I understood the difference in what certain letters meant today I went back to Advanced as I was told to have them put the OBD scanner on my car since my cooling fan was not coming on but my engine light wasn't coming on either I researched if there was something wrong with it with the codes popped up without the engine light being on and of course everything that I've got was a yes the worker behind the counter stopped me mid sentence almost as if he didn't want me to go any further because I was bothering him but he said it wouldn't work I tried explaining to him what I researched and he didn't want to hear it pretty much so I never did yesterday went straight over to AutoZone tell them the exact same thing they graciously got the machine went out to my car and plugged it in without argument it was great the lady said it's a 50/50 one way to find out right but I got the codes that I was needing to find out why my car was doing what it was doing and then they looked up some parts for me just so I knew in case I had to replace some parts for the cost was going to be I thought I received amazing customer service I was very happy although AutoZone is little more expensive but after the 2 days in a row bad experience from advance they lost me as a customer and I will continuously go to AutoZone from now going forward thank you again for all your help I didn't get her name but I believe she's a new employee with a patch on her eye she was very friendly smiled very bubbly didn't make me feel like I was a bother thank you again

  Toni, Ali, and Colin were amazingly helpful! My radiator had a crack in it and they helped me figure out what I need to get the next 200 miles home safely and cost effectively! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
