- ASAlison SchwartzbergJan 10, 20261.0I went in yesterday to get a fuse for my car I was uncertain about the differences so I asked the the worker what certain things meant I already Googled them prior to that so I kind of already understood but I would like somebody to elaborate a little bit deeper and he couldn't really even give me a straight answer he really didn't know anything about it I didn't feel comfortable with his answer so I left and went to AutoZone and they were able to answer my questions anyway that I understood I tried going back today I needed them to put the Skinner on my vehicle to see if any codes would pop up for my cooling fan not coming on and the guy that I asked behind the counter refuse to hook it up just to see what would happen because my check engine light was not on. But according to what I researched the check engine light does not need to be on but he didn't give me a chance to tell him what I researched I went right away again back to AutoZone in lo and behold they did exactly what I asked him to do and wouldn't you know two codes popped up that he said said it wouldn't two days in a row bad customer service I think AutoZone just got my business full-time as of today
