Try to return it and good luck. If you don’t have a receipt (why save a receipt for a part you're going to use anyway? You don't), they won’t give you a refund or even store credit, even though their own website clearly promises it. They’ll claim it’s “not in the system,” as if it’s your fault their staff sold you junk and never asked for a phone number to BE PUT IN THE SYSTEM to begin with. The arrogance, the incompetence, the complete disregard for customers is typical for these cocky franchises. Every time I buy auto parts now, it’s Amazon or eBay. I cant wait till all these brick and mortor thieves go out of business all around the country, and they will as more and more people buy online. I hope scamming me out of a $12 oil filter was worth the thousands you could have gotten from me over the next years, I'll never patron your store again. Amazon will devour you and I can't wait
- RSRocha Paint and servicesAug 16, 20251.0Una experiencia realmente mala ...no recomiendo a nadie comprar en advance autoparts ... compre una fuel pump ... $1300 ...me la.vendieron remanufacturada ...la.compre y la.regrese al.otro.dia porque no.la necesite ya que me arrepenti de arreglar mi camion en ese momento por lo costoso q seria ... cuando me apareci en la tienda los muchachoa fueron muy amables ya que ellos sabian q la pump no la instale en ningun momento ...ni siquiera la saque de la caja ... vino la manager y porque ella quiso ..me dijo q ya estaba usada ... cosa q no es cierta... y hasta q no resuelva este problema no voy a detenerme ... son 1300 dolares .. que me costaron sacrificio ... asi que no.le.recomiendo a nadie q compre en advance autoparts ...y mucho menos en esta direccion ... seran cuestionados a la.hora de devolver cualquier producto ....
