  Insurance paid to fix my car after being hit, with me paying $1000 deductible. As I drove away after picking it up, I noticed a squeak coming from the wheel area where it was repaired. I returned to Gerber, where I was told that I must have hit something after I left because the problem was new damage. It was not. I now have to pay out of pocket to have another shop look at it to tell my insurance company that Gerber didn't fix what they charged for. My horn also no longer works. They said to bring it back again and they'd fix that, but they've already lied and I don't trust them to touch my car again.

  So a “friend” of mine from this shop decided to help me and put a new sunroof in for $500 which isn’t horrible but that was only about a year ago maybe even less and now it won’t open or go up to vent. Fast-forward to a couple months later forward, the back seal is so messed up. I had to take the whole sunroof out (and I’m 110 pound girl) and glue the back seal. It now leaks through the sunroof I wouldn’t take my car here if it was the last place on earth, specially since the guy that fixed, it only fixed it because he thought that I was gonna go out to dinner with him. I have photos, but it doesn’t do it any justice cause you can’t see it.

  Great experience very friendly staff Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful with all the information we needed on the step to step process and Will was very helpful with keeping us informed on the repairs to our vehicle would recommend to everyone

  In bed with insurance agencies—they over estimate repairs and undervalue vehicles—leads to salvaged titles. Grossly over quoted a simple dent repair. Wanted $5k+ to perform overly intrusive (but easier) repairs. When confronted about the chop swap repair and price gouging, the adjuster got defensive and went back inside to sit silently at his desk and ignored us—very unprofessional staff. WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. Went down the road to Classic Collision and was met with professionalism and top-notch repairs for just over $3k
