  When arriving at the Pensacola airport, our flight had been delayed canceled and another rental company wasn’t able to accommodate and enterprise stepped up and got us exactly what we needed. The man at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and got us exactly what we needed. They made us feel special, highly recommend.

  We pulled into the Pensacola International Airport drop-off location around 11:30 PM, completely exhausted after our trip. Thankfully, there were plenty of clear signs guiding us exactly where to go, which made the process much easier. After doing a quick once-over of the car and grabbing our belongings, an attendant pulled up behind us within seconds and offered to take care of everything. She was incredibly kind, handled the return smoothly, and even helped point us in the right direction to get to our hotel. It was a simple process, but the friendliness and timing made a big difference, especially that late at night. Great experience overall.

  I've used Enterprise in many states. They have gone out of their way to make sure my experience has always been five star. I have used Enterprise in one state and had issues with the car in another, they changed out the car and had me back on the road in less than an hour.. The Pensacola team will go out of the way to make sure your experience is nothing less than perfect!!

  The service at the airport was great but they charged me 2 days when it should have only been 1 at an inflated rate for an 11PM pickup and 3AM return customer service said that there is nothing that they can do for me.

  I have always used Enterprise in the past, and never really had any major issues. Until this week. I went to drop off my car, and this young man comes running up on me, wearing a ski mask mind you... So I kind of get startled as he approaches. I see a name tag, said "Ques" so I knew he was an employee. He continues wearing a full blown ski mask, and he is talking, I cant hear a thing he is saying. Literally not even one word. He seemed to get frustrated at me for not understanding him. Maybe don't wear a ski mask in public? or at your JOB?!? We eventually got through it, but I am VERY disappointed at this Enterprise location. I thought this company had better standards than this.
