  My experience with Enterprise Rental was absolutely five-star from start to finish. After being rear-ended at a stoplight, the at-fault party’s insurance covered my rental while my Lincoln MKZ was being repaired, and Enterprise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding—they truly went above and beyond to ensure I was placed in a vehicle comparable to my own. I was given a Nissan Pathfinder, which I thoroughly enjoyed driving for the 3+ weeks my car was in the shop. It was comfortable, reliable, and a perfect fit for my needs. I’m so grateful for the professionalism, care, and attention to detail the team showed throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental—they made a difficult situation so much easier!

  Perfect experience. Staff are personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and seem happy to be there. Seamless process. Davis was awesome during the pickup and Solomon was wonderful during dropoff. This location and these people are consistently excellent—please let them know how appreciated they are!!

  The staff was very helpful. The rental process was very easy and quick. I called to extend my rental and they were able to assist me very quickly and charged the same daily rate.

  My Mom had to rent a car from Enterprise and we did have a Great experience with them, it was really better than with Hertz Rental Car, because no one came out of a room yelling at me or arguing with me about what they said over the phone, like Hertz Car Rentals, when I know exactly what they said. That company was very rude, but Enterprise was very helpful and kind plus they were busy with customers. It was a very good experience and we will use them again! Enterprise was no doubt the best place for a car rental. If you have any problems with the car just call them and talk to them, like I did for my Mom when she needed something answered about the car they answered her questions for her.

  Enterprise helped us out with a rental for a week and even applied some promotions to help lower the price, which we really appreciated. When we dropped the car off, we arrived early on Sunday around 11:30 even though they didn’t open until 12. I opened the door and was greeted by Brittney, who kindly helped us anyway. She took our keys, checked the car in, and answered our questions even though we were a little early. We did let her know that the car wasn’t very clean when we received it, and she immediately took care of the situation and gave us some money back for the inconvenience. Overall the customer service was amazing both at pickup and drop-off. Thank you Brittney for going above and beyond!
