Simply asked him about a fleet question regarding an oil change and before I could even finish talking this guy holds his hand out and says “keys”, all I need are your keys. Like I was supposed to automatically shut my mouth, stop talking and he was going to take it from there. I stood there in shock for a second or two and then he said, don’t you want your oil changed? I quickly replied, no I don’t with an attitude like that and called him rude and left.
