  Fast service at a fair price. I brought my son's car in to have TPMs checked, a valve stem replaced and all tire beads redone die to slow leaks. I had noticed A CV joint needed to be reworked as well as it had a subtle clicking. I did not mention in this to them but they noticed the condition of the boot when they put it on the rack and brought me out to show me. Their price was fair so I had them go ahead and do that work as well. Took them just a couple of hours to get it all done while I waited.

  I bought a full set of brand new tires for my car from tire kingdom, they’ve always been good service The couple of times I brought my car in for a balance and rotation, UNTIL they were bought out by Mavis. I returned today with an issue on a tire, first time I’ve had a real issue, I called before to make sure it was still covered under warranty and it wouldn’t be a problem for them to fix. I was reassure two times that it wouldn’t be an issue and to bring in my tire, which I had already removed from my vehicle. Upon arriving after they looked at my tire, they informed me they could give me 50% off a new tire because of the tread left on my old tire. They informed me that they didn’t have my old tire brand anymore, but could offer me one that was equivalent to what I had. He then proceeded to tell me that half of a new tire would bring my total to around $200. I told him I wasn’t sure how that was possible when a brand new tire regular price was $200. Where did the 50% come in to play? He told me after mounting the tire on my rim and other fees it would be around $200. I had already removed the tire from my car so they weren’t even having to put it on or off my vehicle. They told me even with a cheaper tire my total would still be around $170. I told him that the tire he was trying to sell me for $170 was listed brand new for $120 on THEIR OWN website so I was still confused when the half off came into play, how my total would be that much. Worst is customer service I’ve ever received from them. I took my tire and will now bring it to a local tire shop instead of counting on them. Let’s just say the warranty and the things they make you feel like you need to purchase when you purchase new tires from them is unnecessary because it does not help when you have a real issue. Not sure if it’s the new management that took over this establishment or if it’s the new company that owns them but even with the warranty from them, I will no longer use them.

  Sunday morning and my tire had a nail in it, so I saw these guys were open. Walked in and they jumped on it immediately and was out the door within 15 minutes. Friendly and professional service! They have a new customer and I highly recommend them to everyone!

  We were quoted much higher bids for work on the battery and alternator, from other companies. We went with Tire Kingdom since they did great work for us in the past. Instead of going straight to work on alternator and battery, which is very costly due to the amount of labor involved, the employee said he would run an diagnostic test first. What he found was an issue with one of the battery sensors. This test helped save us several hundreds of dollars. We highly recommend Tire Kingdom due to their honesty, great work and professionalism.

  took my car to the Tire Kingdom on 9 Mile Rd and had a scheduled appointment for 12:00 p.m. I planned to drop the car off since I had other errands to run. When I walked inside, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. One employee was sitting behind the desk eating chips and appeared very unprofessional. I was told I would receive a call once my car was ready. After waiting three hours without any communication, I called to check on the status and was told the car was finished. The main reason for my visit was a tire that was losing air daily, which is why I brought it in to be repaired. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told they “found nothing wrong” with the tire and simply added more air, without offering a real explanation or solution. The next morning, when I went outside for work, my tire was completely flat. After having my car for three hours, the issue was not fixed at all. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will definitely not be returning.
