- BMBarbara McAleerNov 16, 20255.0Everything was clean and the only complaint is we have a class c with no extra vehicle to we needed to leave each day. When we returned our picnic table and umbrella was gone. Also next to slot 19 was a dog left in a trailer from 6 in the morning to 6:30 at night for two days we were there barking. I felt the dog was in distress as no open windows or air conditioning. I didn’t say anything to the guy as I didn’t want any damage to my vehicle.

- RRRuss robinsonOct 4, 20255.0Everything was first class. The lots are clean and well kept. The restaurant gets 5 stars. We were able to fish and return to our RV for lunch. With the wet slip, we were able to walk to the dock and jump in the boat and go. The fishing was excellent. We caught several Red Fish and Speckled trout. We released all the fish but there was a fish cleaning table if we needed it. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate. We're definitely going back.

While I was there, with in the first few days I noticed that someone had broken into my camper and used a pick key to unlock an relock my doors to my RV. In that same day I noticed that someone had also drilled a screw into my tire of RV, leaving me with a flat tire that could not be repaired. I talked to the manager of swamp house RV and shared what had happened. They said they did not have any witnesses to any of this happening. With no video surveillance in there park. Like any normal person word do I contacted the police and let the managers know that I would be leaving there park the next day. The manager refused to give a refund for me leaving early, not even a prorated amount was returned back to me. My very safety of my life and property was in danger. These people did not care and ignored my calls and voice mails I have left them. They also kept most of my deposit I put down on the parking spot, for whatever reason I don't know because they will not answer the phone. So if you want to stay in a park with managers that ignore you and do not care of your own safety then by all means stay at Swamp House RV and Marina. Why did you not answer my phone calls or return my phones or voicemails? Why did you not share this info of needing a police report? Now that I reviewed you business your trying to cover your tracks by what your replying with... You did not help me one bit with any of this info your saying now in your reply, and have cashed in on my misfortunes by keeping my money.
