  PEAT MOORE WILL RIP YOU OFF. They had my car for 10 months February 02 to Nov 2 that's 10 months. They put a transmission in $5,700 never work right. If you want to see a horrible atatude go to Peat Moore. They treat you like trash. They will take your money and leave you stranded. Their faulty work almost KILLED me 5 times. Than after months of them lying to me about them fixing my car. They didn't even move it from it's original parking spot. Now I have to take it to a real transmission shop and pay again to have my transmission fixed properly. DO NOT GO TO PEAT MOORE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

  We just purchased a certified factory pre-owned Suburban and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience at Pete Moore Chevrolet. Tom Royster was so helpful and accommodating and truly made us feel that we were valued customers. I would highly recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase, new or used. They are honest and conscientious.

  Horbual Horbual it took 6 months to put a transmission in my car. 5 times I almost got killed from their faulty work. Time and time again I had to take it back and wait week or months for them to look at it. It should only take 2 days to replace a transmission. Over charge me for their in competency. It goes on and on as we speak. Dents in my hood from them parking it under a tree. I showed to them they tried to lie about it buy saying they don't have any tree's. Till. I showed them a picture of my car under their tree. Had to buff out my truck paint from all the leaf stains on the truck. PLEASE DO NOT NOT TAKE IT TO PEAT MOORE CHEVROLET YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO I TOLD YOU SO

  We are from Ohio and are at Pensacola Beach for 3 weeks. We experienced a catastrophic failure with our 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500HD High Country. We found Pete Moore Chevrolet through a Google search. It talked about the business being a local family owned business, who is community oriented and community supportive. We wer most fortunate to get “hooked up” with Christina Marlowe in service. First - this was a non-warranty issue, which had us facing a MAJOR out of pocket expense. We scheduled service, and Christina suggested that we contact our insurance company, as similar instances that they have encountered have had success in receiving coverage. My agent advised that they didn’t believe it would be covered, but had me call the corporate office. A claim was started, and a local inspector was contacted. Christina handled all of the contact between the dealership and insurance company. Even after the initial claim was denied, Christina “went to bat” for us. After several contacts with them, the denial was reversed and the claim approved. More importantly, Christina fought for us and ensured that the repairs would be made with 100% GM O.E.M. parts (instead of the aftermarket parts that the insurance company wanted to provide), AND fought to ensure that ALL necessary parts were going to be replaced, NOT just a “quick fix kit” that the insurance company suggested. The end result - we were able to get our truck fixed 100% correctly, with an out of pocket cost of approximately 10% of the total cost ! A major plus - we have a 2 year warranty on the repairs, good at ANY Chevrolet dealership. We cannot say enough good about the staff at Pete Moore Chevrolet. Christina went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly, and kept us informed every step of the way. This says SO MUCH, given that we are here from out-of-state, and (in all likelihood) would have little, if any, chance of repeat business with them. We wholeheartedly recommend that you consider doing business with Pete Moore Chevrolet, whether it be for service, or the purchase of a new or used vehicle. This is a top notch, customer first business, that we are so very happy that we were fortunate to find.
