    The service requested was awesome. Unfortunately the price charges was a bit more than quoted and no one called to have the additional charge approved. Also the service writer at drop off was lovely. Again unfortunately she was off the day of delivery and Christa had to cover for her. Christa did not return phone calls, she was irritated that she had to even check status and is generally not a team player. Christa is the primary reason for the average review.

    Chad was very helpful when we decided to trade in our vehicle for an another pre-owned vehicle. We did a test drive a week prior with Chad where he answers all of our questions and provided the information we requested. Additionally, he did. or try to pressure us to purchase the vehicle that day or try to sell us a vehicle we did not want. I came back the following week to negotiate the purchase. It was a quick transaction and Chad was very helpful throughout the process. We are loving our new purchase.

    We traded in a vehicle and purchased a new vehicle. After buying the new vehicle the payment was taken out of our account for the vehicle we had traded in. I called and was assured that the amount we agreed on would be paid and we would get the money back. Well, Pete Moore paid off the loan minus the payment that was taken out after the trade in. I have called numerous times and they are not willing to fix this after assuring us we would be refund after they paid off the loan. We will never purchase from them again. I don’t like people that lie and don’t make things right.

    This is a Chevrolet dealership that loves to sell cars, but has little knowledge of the new technologies, especially the avoidance system. There is 3 Optionsof this avoidance system when it’s order there’s a basic which alerts you but doesn’t break and then there’s the other levels that can be ordered with the vehicle that will allow it to break For the avoidance system. This dealership sold me a truck that said it would alert and break and it’s even in the configuration on the dashboard. Their service department is very lacking as you have to leave your truck there for a week or two before they even look at it. Had to take it to another dealership and they worked on it. And they found out exactly what this situation was camming it not to break as it was sold to me. This has gone all the way to the GM main office. So if you want honesty and a dealership, that really cares. Preston Hood worked diligently to find the answer! And their sales people are made aware of these three levels of breaking systems because it is a safety hazard. So make sure you have the right avoidance system level if you want the vehicle to break in and avoidance system. Because this dealership will not provide that information. And there’s no service after the sale. Even an oil change takes a day or two.

    Was able to make an appointment. I did stand in the stall for what seemed like 5 minutes. I asked the cashier if there was a specific place I needed to check in. Normally I’m greeted and told someone would be with me in a minute. I know people are busy helping others but there were plenty of people around. Eye contact and an index finger beat nothing. Marilyn apologized for my wait and quickly addressed my needs. It was a fair wait but the smell of concentrated (burning) coffee was a bit much. Wait time was reasonable and checkout was easy. Have to wait for a Nissan part to come in.
