  The people were nice and I got in quickly. However, the part that me vehicle needs is on back order... no idea when it will be available so I am still driving without some of the key options that I use.... would be nice to have had a time line.

  When I was traveling from Texas to South Florida, my Volkswagon Beetle front end was damaged while patronizing a local Walmart store. I took my vehicle to Pete Moore's Body Shop. They assure me that they would handle paperwork and get my car on the road ASAP. The staff was very professional and courteous in all manners. As Willy Nelson would say, "On the road again."   Working with Pete Moore Chevrolet was very time efficient. I knew what I wanted (Richard Barlow) worked with me amongst the other staff members that help me get in a vehicle (they will get you in a vehicle, long as you have your ducks in a row.) Did not take long at all! I’m happy and love my vehicle.! Thank you Pete Moore for your business!! Like my dad, I will forever be getting my vehicles here. Thanks again Richard for being patient and working with me. 🥰

  I was sold a 2016 Chevy Silverado 6 months ago the truck put me down in the first week. I called they came picked up the truck and said they’ll have it fixed. A month and a half later I get the truck back, I was told they put new parts on it and blah blah blah. They never provided receipts or anything. I checked up under the hood myself to verify. (Wasnt anything changed out) drove around for a good 3 weeks and the exact same thing happened again. This time they said they couldn’t find anything leading to the problem. Gave me a loaner car for a month then found my family members on facebook saying I abandoned my truck and didn’t bring back their loner. Why would I abandon a vehicle I’m still currently paying the note on? lol I’ve had the same number for over 5 years, the same number they have on file. And never got a phone call from them. I’ll never do business with this lemon lot again.
