  All praise goes to Marilyn in service department…We were traveling and ran in to an issue and dealt with her on the phone, she was very helpful and patient and she coordinated a plan for when we arrived in the area…The day of the appointment she took charge and controlled the service of our vehicle, and kept us in communication with the mechanic…Because of her professionalism and care, the problem was solved and we where there approximately two hours…This was in extreme contrast to the first service department meneber we came in contact with, who was very short with us and was on auto pilot, not listening to a word we said…Thank God Marilyn handled things from there, she gave us the service and hope we needed..Pete Moore dealership should be grateful and proud to have someone like Marilyn representing them, it makes everything better for everyone involved…Tjank you Marilyn .

  My car was sent in for a check engine light. I got my car back and the engine light turned back on in a week after $1100 bill nothing was fixed and my spark plug was loose this whole time, causing the check engine light. My plastic cover for the engine is missing so I guess Pete Moore kept it.

  Christa is a straight shooter & always gives updates if problems arise & obtains permission before any extra work is done. Was there for an oil change. Very professional & ethical! Nathan did a free assessment of my car's worth in case I was thinking of trading it in. We had a delightful conversation but I had too much to do to take time to look at cars today. Highly recommend the service department using Christa's expertise!

  Darryl was awesome to work with, very nice, polite, and super straightforward throughout the whole process. He got my car back to me in a timely manner, and the mechanics did an amazing job. Honestly, the car looks even better than it did before I crashed it. Highly recommend!

  I own a 2020 Chevy Blazer that I bought from Sandy Sansing which I'll never do business with them again. After 2 weeks of having the vehicle the engine light came on. I took it back to them and they said there was nothing they could do and wouldn't help me at all. I then took it to Terry Thompson Chevy in Daphne Al where it sat for 12 days untouched by anyone. I called Pete Moore Chevy and spoke to Artie in service and he was super nice in helping me. He scheduled me an appointment the following Monday. I had the tow truck drop it off Sunday evening and Monday morning Artie called me and they instantly was looking at my vehicle. He also helped me with warranty information. They are working on my vehicle now and will soon have it back. I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ARTIE AND EVERYONE AT PETE MOORE CHEVROLET. I will always do business with them.
