  Nice and clean facility. Mechanics were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly! Great job on flushing & recharging coolant system. Received a military discount and work was completed in a timely manner. Will come back here again!

  We had a great experience getting our vehicle serviced. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We also liked the way the team worked together and seemed to enjoy their jobs! We will definitely be back to service our other vehicle as well.

  Was told I could beat the original price of the oil change if I went online for a coupon so I did and found the coupon for 50% off any oil change. So I have never used jiffy lobe because of bad reviews in the past but I like to find out things for myself and give everyone a chance When I showed up I was told corruption put a stop to that and would not honor the coupon even though it says it's good until 3/05/26. I'm a disabled veteran and I hold honor and integrity in very high regard. Stop your faults advertising jiffy lobe corruption. There are things more important than the bottom dollar. Integrity

  I sent my employee to this Pensacola Jiffy Lube for a basic oil change with clear instructions: install 10W-30 oil — nothing else. Those instructions were ignored. The receipt shows 5W-30 was installed instead. For context, I’m a former ASE Master Technician and I worked for Jiffy Lube for nearly five years earlier in my career, so I am very familiar with how these shops operate and what procedures are supposed to be followed. Your staff also attempted to upsell an air filter that was replaced less than two months ago. Then my tire pressures were changed from 44 PSI (set intentionally for aftermarket wheels and tires) down to 38 PSI using factory door-sticker specs that do not apply to this vehicle. Now I have to correct work that never should have been altered in the first place. The most concerning part was being told there were “metal shavings in the oil.” That claim is not credible. A lower-bay technician is not performing oil analysis while oil drains, and no oil filter was cut open or inspected. Statements like that come across as fear-based upselling rather than legitimate diagnosis. The core issue here is simple: listen to the customer and follow instructions. When a vehicle comes in with specific requirements, changing fluids, settings, and making unsupported mechanical claims shows a lack of training and attention to detail. I paid for a professional service and instead received work I now have to redo myself. I will not be returning.

  I stopped in for just a check engine light and they explained what the code was for. They were polite and explained everything. Before leaving I asked about an oil change and if they would have time. They told me the price and I agreed. They went above and beyond what I asked. They notified me of anything that may need work and got me estimates. I explained a problem that I had been having and Anthony make a recommendation of what he would suggest and we both agreed we would try it out. I was not aware that jiffy lube was a full service shop which he explained all the tech were licensed mechanics. I felt respected, as a women I have gone to previous shopped and looked down on for asking questions about things I didn't understand. I will be going back just because of how I was treated alone. I also will say the service was quick and nicely done.
