  This Jiffy Lube has only been opened about a month and this was my first time going there. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Everyone was very knowledgeable too. A young man name Tyler the young man that changed the cabin filter, even though it was difficult to get my glove box out he remained calm and very reassuring. JB kept me talking to I’m sure distract me from how long it was taking. Very pleasant young man. I also have the pleasure of meeting Christy I think she said she was the district manager and was visiting the store from another state. Very nice young lady. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone that wants professional professionalism and is knowledgeable in their job. Thank you to everyone that I met Today and if I didn’t mention your name in this review, I apologize you were all awesome. I will be back.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jiffy Lube @ the Pensacola location. I found Johnny B to be very informative and his jokes were entertaining while I waited for my oil change to be completed which was fast and efficient. They didn’t try any high pressure sales tactic which I appreciate, just informed me with what was available if I chose to do so. Also, they didn’t have the synthetic blend I typically get for my vehicle, so they compensated me by offering full synthetic at the same price. I really appreciate the transparency and the steps taken to accommodate me.

  The guys at this location are so understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was stuck in a bad situation and they really did go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had my truck in and out so that I could make it to my other appointments safely and on time. The services we received were definitely well above standard. We will continue to come back to this location for all of our vehicles as long as these guys are working here! -Loretta Edejer

  I am going to be long winded in this review bc so often the bad reviews are lengthy and detailed & I am pleased to say this will not be one of those! I just had to share & convey to y'all my most pleasant experience at this store & about the staff at this location! First of all, I have never been to Jiffy Lube, let alone this Pensacola prior to this past Thursday but the last place I had gone to for years forgot my oil drain plug and I drove to Birmingham & back before my car alerted me and when I confronted the employees that did the work, they lied instead of owning their and fixing the problem. Hands down Jiffy Lube on Fairfield is my new shop for my car. Every single employee from the moment I pulled up until I drove away were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, & respectful of my vehicle as if it were their own. The shop & waiting room & restroom was clean/tidy which was a welcomed bonus! Each person that I enteracted with explained everything clearly & allowed me to make my decisions based on the info they provided me, not pressured whatsoever. Several of the young men were even a little playful, made jokes w/ me & engaged in a real conversation w/ me which I personally loved bc it made me feel more at ease being at a new place & being a female bc sometimes u can be made to feel a little uneasy being at some places alone. That was the not the case for me here tho & I will be using this Jiffy Lube location specifically bc the young ladies and gentlemen working there were honestly a pure delight & reminded me that there are still kind human beings among us in a time when kindness seems to be a rare trait in so many I come in contact w/ lately. I think the young man's name is Tyler, but he and another employee both have Volkswagons like myself and they especially were key in making me feel at ease as well as a funny young man that was new training. Im so sorry I cant remember all of your names but I just want say thank you so much to y'all and the rest of the staff that had a hand in providing me w/ exceptional customer service! The manager was very helpful when he was needed from time to time but he let his staff do what they do best & that speaks volumes as well. He should be proud of his team & the higher ups at big corporate Jiffy Lube should recognize this team as well bc you have a special group of talented people working for your company & I know first hand how incredibly rare that is! I cant say enough good things but will say in closing thatvthey are representing your brand very well & will be the reason that store will be very successful if not already. Don't snuff out the spark that they have, feed it so they spread their kindness & joy to others & maybe this will catch on to other businesses🫶 on a side note, the pricing was fair & comparable to where i used to go & just a little further away but worth it! I love the coupons offered & was able to use one imediately! If I had to criticize anything, it would be the fact that Google doesn't show the store exists, but luckily my friend referred me so I new about where it was located. Ultimately I was able to locate the store directly thru the Jiffy Lube website not everyone will do that so I feel your missing a good deal of business since most of us google just about everything. Other than that small hiccup I will be recommending this Jiffy Lube location to anyone who will listen!   I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a service, and I must say the team was very professional and thorough. They showed genuine concern and took the time to check other important components on my vehicle. The technician clearly explained the purpose and benefits of the flush service, which helped me better understand the process. Later that week, I returned to have my headlights buffed and restored. The guys did an excellent job—they explained each step of the process, and when they finished, my headlights looked brand new. Their attention to detail and friendly professionalism definitely deserve recognition. I’m giving Jiffy Lube a five-star rating for their overall service and customer care. However, I do want to mention one small concern: one of the technicians frequently referred to customers as “buddy.” While I understand this may be his casual way of speaking, as a 60-year-old customer, I believe it’s important to show a bit more respect in how customers are addressed. When I asked him about it, he said, “I call everyone buddy.” My suggestion is for staff to be a little more mindful and professional in their choice of words, especially when interacting with older customers. Other than that, I truly appreciate the team’s work and would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location for their quality service and professionalism. (Ask for Marcus)
