  ⭐️ Avoid This Jiffy Lube at All Costs ⭐️ This Jiffy Lube is hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you pull in, it feels like chaos and incompetence rolled into one overpriced oil change. The staff acted rushed, careless, and completely uninterested in doing the job correctly. There’s zero communication—no clear explanation of what they’re doing, what they’re charging for, or why it suddenly costs way more than expected. It feels like they’re just throwing random “recommended” services at you to squeeze out extra money. The whole operation gives off a strong “we don’t care” vibe. Sloppy work, long wait times for a place that’s supposed to be fast, and an attitude that makes you feel like you’re the inconvenience for expecting basic professionalism. I left feeling uneasy, like I needed to double-check everything they touched on my car. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location is a complete disappointment and absolutely not worth the risk.

  1st impression. Clean waiting area. Clean bathroom. I stop by for an estimate on brake pad replacement and induction flush service. Looking for someone other than dealership. The work for my 11 year old nissan becoming pricey. There was no one at the front counter. No greeting but everyone was working. I decided to leave after a few minutes of walking around the waiting area. Just wasn't a good day for me I guess. Back to the dealership. Ouch.

  They went above and beyond any other Jiffy lube I have been to I learned some new things about my own vehicle and was treated with excellent service all around will be going back in the future.

  I like a staff that cares about the people they’re taking care of. Very friendly, down to earth, let me knew that my oil plug was lose upon pulling in, it truly was better than any of the other places I’ve gone to in Pensacola. I’ll be back for sure.

  Just had my first experience with the new Jiffy Lube they put in on Fairfield Dr. The entire experience was freaking phenomenal. All the guys there were super nice, super helpful, explained Everything they were doing while they were doing it. They made sure I knew where we were in the process & the whole nine yards, there was no shady business like some other QuickLube places in NWFL. They checked and refilled any fluids that needed it, which I think only my windshield wiper fluid was low. they advised me on everything & showed me on their tablet what they did, and what they rated it based on what they saw. Any questions I had they completely answered. They were willing to show me everything. it felt like they were completely transparent. (Unlike the shady, take5 across town). This is the first time in a long time where i've had a service done on my vehicle where I didn't feel like a slimy shady used car salesman type was trying to rip me off. as of today and my experience, I highly recommend this place.
