They come to you for a service, and instead of saying you don’t have time.. or simply explaining the service, you laugh? My friend called me emotional because not only did you laugh in her face, but you made her feel embarrassed and down right silly for giving yall another chance to do your job. It takes ZERO effort to be kind. So please practice better customer skills, be mindful and simply just be considerate. Thank you!

- JAJared AutreyDec 10, 20251.0Wife took one of our cars in for a cheap oil change. When she got home I checked the oil and it was about a half inch above the full line. The next day we start smelling burning oil. They over filled the oil and it blew out the valve cover gasket. Took over a week to get it back to them to see. The oil still showed it was over filled but not as bad as when I had first checked it. They denied any wrong doing. Never using them again.
