    My Name is Darrell Scales I Am From Nashville Tennessee I Recently Visited This Enterprise Rental And I have Never Been Treated So Bad and I Have Been A Loyal Renter & Loyal Customer Not Mention I Have Family And Friends That Work For The Company. So I know The Level Of Expectations That Enterprise Holds and The Standard That They Set For Customer Service! I Need To By Saying Blake Needs To Reprimanded For His Unprofessional And The He Talks To Customers! Clarissa Was Also Very Rude And It Almost Gave Off As It’s Was Racially Motivated Act For Asking For Several Forms Of ID! I Have The Policy And I know The Policy Because I just Rented A Car From The Memphis Airport And They Are Very Professional A Class Act. And Last Someone Needs To Be In Charge And I Hope It’s Not Keith He is Very Sarcastic,Rude, And Needs More Training! These 3 Individuals Are An Embarrassment The Company ENTERPRISE RENTAL CARS!!! I WILL PUSH This Up The Ladder So That They Will Be Held Accountable For The Way Treat Others! Enterprise is Best Rental Car Company So Don’t Ruin Your Reputation By Hiring People Like These 3!     I’m writing in terms of my boyfriend’s experience with Enterprise in the Pensacola Location and demanding someone to reach out. What has happened to him was completely unacceptable. Being on the phone with him I can hear his frustration as the workers ( Blake, Clarissa, and Kieth) refuse to be professionals in a customer service field and help. He was stuck for 4 hours with no resolution to get a rented car as they claimed of “his behavior”. They were very vulgar , did not follow/know company policy and even made jokes indicating they never seen him before (which indeed he has and has receipts) My boyfriend works for a company that rents through Enterprise and he’s been at this location several times before and this has never happened. As a traveler for work he’s never had this unpleasant experience at any other location with enterprise and I’m concerned if he returns to this location he will be treat unfairly again. I require a person of higher authority in Enterprise to reach out to him asap.

    Horrible place with judgemental employees. Left my coworker stranded with no vehicle after flying in 8 hours away. We do business everyday with this company and will be switching companies we use because of this poor business practice.

    Vacationing in Pensacola for four days and the vehicle started stalling. I had the run around with customer service. I went to the airport to exchange vehicles and the manager told me that he had 400 people in front of me! He could help me in 3-4 hours and that he didn’t have the same vehicle that I had rented. He was rude. We just wanted any vehicle at this time to complete our vacation and one that was safe and not stalling when I pressed the accelerator. No concerns for humanity.
