    Horrible customer service... the manager is useless...called the branch after the service engine light came on and low tire pressure light came on. I was told I needed to contact the Tallahassee office. I asked to speak to a MGR and the employee noted he was writing my number down. The same employee said he updated my number the day prior. We'll thr MGR never called .and instead called my husband who isnt in the country .. . I had to stop 4 times on the way to Tallahassee to put air in the tire. Called the Tallahassee location and was told to call pensacola location. On the way home from Tallahassee i had to stop 3 times - and call the road assistance to put air in the tire. I did my part in updating my number the employee failed twice to physically update my when he asked me to verify my number originally.

    I arrived at the Enterprise return location at 6:30 PM and saw a female employee inside the office. She looked at us and then walked away. When I tried to enter, the door was locked from the inside and no one responded. Because of this, my return was not completed, and I was charged for an extra day. I understand being close to closing time, but ignoring customers while an employee is clearly inside is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. This issue could have been avoided easily.

    The local Enterprise messed up our reservations but we call the customer service they got us in contact with another local Enterprise where they fix everything made everything right everything went just as it was supposed to
