One young girl was talking rather audibly about her personal life. She claimed she didn’t usually work at this location and acted like a deer on headlights while we tried to resolve a scheduling issue with our insurance. We spoke to Jack and he all he could say that they didn’t have anything- he was unwilling to call other locations to find us a car. While we were trying to communicate with our insurance company, another person walked in with a reservation for another location, and the young girl gave her the last vehicle on the lot. No one apologized or was remotely concerned about the issue. Terrible customer service. Its unfortunate that our insurance company uses enterprise.
