    Great rental experience at Enterprise 9 mile Road location in Pensacola! Elijah and all staff members were great to work with. Service is excellent, great prices, and everyone there is professional and helpful!

    Alex and Caleb, and team were completely swamped with customers and got everyone taken care of and were very professional the entire time. My rental car was very clean and ran well. Upon return to the facility, Alex, Caleb and the gentleman cleaning the cars and getting the back for the next client were all extremely professional and very efficient. This is an amazing team that works well together and is my new go to for rental cars in Pensacola. Really great experience!

    I've used this store a dozen times in the last year and, as always, pick up and drop off is easy and the staff is professional and friendly. I once got a free upgrade just because I mentioned a smokey smell in 1 vehicle despite the plain-to-see no smoking tag.
