I’m young and only have 1 year of credit history and I drove out with a brand new looking 2024 Volkswagen Jetta with nothing down. I didn’t have to go to the DMV afterwards, they take care of everything right then and there. I would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from here!

There was a communication confusion at the end which left me not totally satisfied. Steve stepped in and remedied the situation. He went above and beyond normal protocols. He don’t tell me to bring anything specific with me. After being there for almost 7 hours trying to buy a vehicle, it NEVER HAPPENED!!!!was told needed a co-signer OR down deposit. Had both of those and the down deposit amount kept changing. He was the absolute WORST sales person I’ve EVER dealt with, and I worked at a car dealership for years never seeing a salesman handle a customer that way!!! I 100% do NOT recommend going to Derrick at enterprise! Hell enterprise itself is the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I’ve cried since leaving there!!!!
