They were very helpful with finding the correct bulb for me and also told me I would need some lube to make the bulb air tight. Very pleasant experience.

Chilvary IS dead at Auto Zone on Navy Blvd!!! I am a 55 year old woman, who uses my car to help care for my own elderly mother, and then work as a caregiver to help elderly clients throughout our town. I have 1 car, and it is very important to me that it runs well, and doesn't leave me, or my sweet clients stuck on the side of the road somewhere. I went in today, because my check engine light came on, and my car had been acting very funny. I asked one of the four men who were working if they could do a diagnostic check on it. There was only one other customer there. Well, the young guy behind the counter took the equipment to the front door of the store, and was laughing because he pushed it off on some old guy smoking a cigarette outside. Then the cigarette guy begrudgingly took the equipment, checked my car, wouldn't say a word to me, even though I was asking him questions about how my car was acting, and then the young guy hands me a stack of papers saying the issues going on with the car. The first thing was saying that I needed an oil change, even though I just got it changed a week ago. When I asked about that, they both shrugged their shoulders and then the young guy finally tells me that it has to be reset after an oil change. I asked if they knew how to do it, and they both shrugged their shoulders again. I asked about some of the other things the print out said that could be wrong...serious things, and you guessed it, they just shrugged their shoulders. Finally, when I left the store because it was obvious they were totally uninterested in helping me, I see it in black and white on the pages they handed me...the instructions on how to reset my car after an oil change. Well, at this point, I just shrugged my shoulders, too. I mean what else can you do about people who just don't give a hoot. All I can say is if you need help and see the Auto Zone on Navy, just keep driving!

Most nasty note human being I have ever lay eyes on poor Customer Service. I’m starting to think that they’re prejudice. They treat the black community so disrespectful every time they step foot in this auto this is ridiculous. It’s something needs to be done about this. Even the manager asked the same way you should not treat your customers as rude and disrespectful as they do.
