  Thank you to the employee who helped me this afternoon when my car was overheating. I just wanted to get home, and rather than selling me coolant, he filled the reservoir with water which got me safely to my garage. Caring employees like this are what will encourage customers to come back

  I’ve lived in this part of town since 2018 and was pleased to find that there were several auto parts stores nearby; the closet of which being this AutoZone. I am far from a mechanic but I am a car guy and am responsible for many including my wife and I’s and to help with our children’s cars. I have had repeated positive experiences with this store and the people there. You can get parts anywhere or online. The people here are great and are motivated to help and share advice. A few of them are retired actual mechanics and ASE certified. I don’t get all of my parts at AZ as sometimes they are just plain too expensive. But even then, they are still ready to help with advice. Years ago a guy with a mullet named Michael was their best. Now, if you need some serious advice for a project, I would recommend “Fox”- he will take care of you. I’ve gone from oil changes to brakes to engine changes with them and have been pleased. Just last year, one of my younger sons was hired there and he has been treated well by them and gained useful experience.

  After a long, frustrating afternoon of struggling with a headlight replacement, Nathen found me the correct bulb and even installed it for me too. I should’ve came to him first.
