Tj the manager is just the best. He's gone above and beyond anytime I've gone in with a problem. I've even seen him help other customers, and save them so much money. I wish more parts stores had more people like this.

I Went into the store to have my check engine light checked. There was another women ahead of me to have hers check as well. I let the worker know why I was there, he said very condescendingly “do is the rest of Pensacola”. The other worker came out to help the other women and he was nice and professional. The taller man with tattoos gets the device to help me and as we’re walking out he he says “oriellys and advanced also has the same device too” as if it was such an inconvenience for him to help me. We finally go back into the store and he prints out the paper and all he says is “you got 3 codes” but the other gentleman was nicely explaining to the other women what she needs and how to fix it. I took the paper and walked out. I tried to see if he had a name tag on but he didn’t. As I was walking out a male customer walked in to have his car read as well and the worker scoffs and hands the customer the device to read it himself. He was very rude and condescending and made me not want to visit the store anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would…I went into the AutoZone on 9th Avenue on December 31st around 9:30 ish AM to buy a battery for my Suzuki, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The employee who was supposed to help me was sitting in a lawn chair, watching her phone instead of doing her job. That alone was unprofessional and frustrating. I had to interrupt her just to get assistance. When I asked if she could install the battery, something AutoZone is known for, she flat out refused without any effort to help or explain. At that point, I had no reason to stay, so I left and took my business to O’Reilly’s, where I actually received proper customer service. I will not return.

Very unprofessional and no good customer service skills. If I could give a negative score for a review I would, for what I went through today.Came to the store this morning, which is Saturday 6, 2025. Tried to speak with the rude manager who kept walking as we were asking questions, followed him into the store. He walked off to the beck room. Nobody else in the store was willing to come outside and help because it was sprinkling. I had a lot of items to purchase today, but I guess O’Reillys will get my business. I will not be coming back to any AutoZones.
