  Incompetent workers. My vehicle wouldn’t start, so I figured it was the battery. I had the battery tested at this shop and they said the battery was good so I purchased a starter and installed that. Vehicle still wouldn’t start unless jumped. I took the truck to Chevy for a diagnostic and they ran a test on the battery telling me it was a bad battery needed to be replaced before they ran a diagnostic. Because the battery was still under warranty, I went back to AutoZone to get the battery replaced and showed them the test from Chevy showing that the battery wasn’t giving enough voltage to start the vehicle from a cold start. They tested the battery again saying that it was good. I told them it’s showing no issues because the vehicle was running and the battery was getting more voltage. The worker tried saying it could be having issues because of the weather temperature dropping. I just agreed because I didn’t want to go back and forth, but even I know that good batteries would start after temp drops. They told me they couldn’t replace it through warranty unless THEIR tester read it was a bad battery even tho Sandy Sansing Chevy service test read differently. I ended up going to a different AutoZone and they replaced it with no issues or excuses. They tested it after replacing it with a new one and the second AutoZone’s equipment showed it was faulty also.

  Since the man at the navy boulevard location wouldn't replace my wipers for me. the young man at this location did. and he was extremely friendly and fast!
