  Went today to get my oil change and the price has skyrocketed. The service was incredible as always and fast as usual but not happy about the jump on already a high price oil change. I’ve been taking both my vehicles here for a decade but unfortunately need to go elsewhere.

  Just wanted to say thanks to Drew, he worked on 3 of my vehicles. He was very knowledgeable in everything we discussed. And I like the way he saw and offered company products that helped solved my vehicle problems. He also saved me ram 1500 truck from engine lock up, with a oil change and engine treatment, put air in my tires, checks all other fluids as wall. Found out that the oil stick was bone dry, and attacked the problem. Truck runs like a champ, thanks to Drew, my got to from here on out. Im waiting on him again for another vehicle at 11:00 today. Job well done Drew.

  Very fast and quick service today on my Nissan Altima. The two staff members knocked it out within 20 mins or less … I really appreciate them and the wonderful customer service. The manager and other team member .

  Told my oil change would be $79 plus I had a $20 coupon so $60 plus tax. Walked out of there paying almost $150 bc my oil filter was expensive!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO AGAIN.

  I received a response from customer service saying they were willing to make it right. I responded below, but I haven't received a response from anyone yet. Since they responded, I gave them an extra star. Dear Customer Care, I appreciate your reply to my review. I appreciate your willingness to make things right. I want to clarify that both of my complaints pertain to the exact location – your Michigan Avenue store (#8308) in Pensacola, FL. On October 11, 2025, I paid $116.99 for a full-service European Specialty Premium Synthetic oil change. I was then charged extra for additional oil and again for a “special” oil filter—items that I believed were already included in the advertised full-service package. The charges were never clearly explained, and I left feeling overcharged and misled. A few days later, I checked the electronically monitored oil level on my 2014 BMW 740Li xDrive (N55 engine) and found it to be low, despite having paid for extra oil. I returned to the same store and, thankfully, was helped by a respectful associate and the manager. They topped off the oil correctly and provided coupons, which I appreciated. Still, the situation caused unnecessary frustration and eroded trust. I’m asking that your company review my transaction and consider a refund or store credit to reflect the inconvenience, confusion, and the fact that the service was not completed correctly the first time. Thank you for taking this matter seriously and for maintaining professionalism in resolving it. To make matters worse, I had to look up my own coupon to receive a small discount, and management acted as if they didn’t care at all. No effort to explain the charges or provide decent customer service. I feel completely overcharged and disrespected. The inspection checklist was generic and lacked specificity, offering no relevant notes and minimal value for the price. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff seemed indifferent, the pricing was misleading, and the overall experience was a complete disappointment
