  My experience with Alamo was excellent from start to finish. The process was smooth and stress-free, and the customer service really stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and made pickup and return quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive. It was clear Alamo takes pride in their vehicles. Overall, the great service, quality car, and helpful staff made this one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely rent from Alamo again and highly recommend them to others.

  We rented a SUV from Alamo at the Pensacola Airport from 3/6/26-3/9/26. It was a wonderful experience from pick up to drop off! Natalie(303) checked us out on Friday afternoon. It was very busy and she was very friendly, helpful, and took her time to make sure we had a great experience. She made the whole check out experience wonderful after a VERY long day of traveling and dealing with delayed flights!! Our SUV was clean and comfortable and suited our needs well for the weekend. Our drop off experience at the airport was quick and easy. We were out of the car and in the terminal quickly. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thank you!😊

  THIS was the most enjoyable car rental experience I've ever had; beginning with the awesome help the attendant (Christian) gave. His upbeat conversation while getting us all set gave us the feel that this vacation was going to be fabulous! There were no hidden charges. We weren't pressured AT ALL to purchase additional insurance. He recommended eateries, sights to see and neighboring towns of interest. We were in and out within 10 minutes time. Our car was easy to find in the garage. It was clean, fueled up and ready to go! Returning the car was FANTASTIC! Directional signs were clearly displayed. We parked in the garage. The attendant circled the car, verified my name, and asked if we had any problems. That quick we were off to catch our flight! Keep up the good work Alamo! PS, these employees are a treasure. I hope Alamo appreciates them as much as I did!

  Edited to reflect that I have called customer service and talked with the Pensacola Rental counter and I am getting the run around. It's been over a week and they haven't fixed my bill even after customer service has "escalated" my complaint. Be ware that if you book something through Alamo, the local place will charge you what they want, promise to fix it, and then give you the run around for over a week. The clerk we dealt with picking up the car (Marissa) was friendly, helpful, and professional. A pleasure to deal with. It was extremely easy to extend my rental when my flight changed. The car was a nice clean new car. I was very happy with all aspects of my rental until I saw the bill and it was considerably more than what I was quoted when I booked it. I am waiting for a call back..

  Horrible experience- long story short… rented a truck. Truck gets a flat (which I know happens) but husband goes to change tire and our spare is Flat! Therefore they tell us we have to get the vehicle towed and take an uber to Alamo to get a new car. Yep- they don’t bring you a new one- have to go get it yourself. The new Alamo did not receive the information. After hours and finally figuring it out- the only vehicle they can offer is a minivan… which has horrible squeaky brakes. They said we could call and get it swapped. Multiple calls and requests with no call back and no new vehicle. At the end of our trip we return the minivan and let the host know about the experience. Manager Levi calls and offered condolences and says they will give a refund and refund the Ubers we had to use while without a car. They issued a refund only to recharge my card for the refund amounts. Called Levi who gave me his number and said to call with any issues… now after 2 calls and 2 voicemails in over a week period- have yet to hear back.
