  Marissa was a complete joy during the process! She made a great vehicle suggestion that completely fit our needs! The manager on the return was very professional and personable. I will be recommending Alamo to family, friends and my coworkers in aviation!

  Keith Jablonski went above and beyond with his customer service. He was proactive, attentive, and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my trip. When I picked up the car at the Pensacola Airport and noticed a low tire, Keith didn’t hesitate—he quickly arranged for a different vehicle, making everything completely hassle-free. I really appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism.I’d also like to thank Andrew Ahrens for his part in the process. He made scheduling easy, was genuinely thoughtful throughout, and even checked in later to see if I was happy with the car. That kind of follow-up is rare and really sets the bar for great customer care.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience—everyone made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

  My experience with Alamo recently is my first only time I will be renting with them. Made reservation through Expedia for flight and car rental. With pick up and return to Pensacola airport location. First problem is I never received my rental agreement to my email! They also requested my return flight info, I wasn’t even in town 48 hrs! My return time was 430am, I was instructed to park the car in a certain spot and drop the keys into the drop box. As no one would be in that early. I did as I was told! The car was dropped off exactly at 430am. A few days later I was charged an additional $122 for an additional day because they say the car wasn’t returned until 830pm that night. I have contacted them 3 times since early October with no help at all! No return call! No refund! No request for flight information which was already provided! It’s not my fault someone didn’t do their job that day by doing inventory! And now I’m suppose to just let it go I guess! 😡
