  Cynthia and Alex were a big help! I came in with both headlights out, not really knowing what I needed as they are aftermarket headlights. I was immediately greeted by both Cynthia and Alex, and Alex helped me find the right product. Cynthia even helped me install them! Total time spent at the store was about 10 minutes. Wonderful experience.

  Cynthia and Jordan at the Auto Zone on North Davis Hwy in Pensacola were a huge help! I was on the road and desperately needed new windshield wipers. I found the closet Auto Zone and parked. Both of these individuals helped me. Jordan helped me choose wipers and Cynthia installed them. It took less than 10 minutes total. Both were friendly, helpful, and did not judge my ignorance. Way to go Auto Zone for having great employees!

  My boyfriend and I came up to this location no joke about 5 times to find the perfect tool to change my serpentine belt. Charrisma & Anita were extremely helpful each visit. They went out of their way to ensure we felt fully taken care of. It is obvious that they love their job and know how to do it well! Amazing customer service and a great first impression; we will continue to support this location as long as these two are there! They deserve raises! :)

  Chayne was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with my headlights, even though they were difficult because of my vehicle make, but she did great and helped me with the repair and had a very great attitude about it all. I honestly will continue to come here just because of her and the hospitality she gave. People like this are the best - willing to step up and help people in need. It means the world to folks like me. Thank you, Chayne!
