  I had a really disappointing experience during my recent visit. The manager, Keilie, came across as disrespectful and dismissive toward customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I tried cancelling my membership and she would not let me and was very rude to coworkers . On top of that, her attire felt inappropriate for a professional setting and didn’t reflect well on the business. Customer service starts from the top, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both professionalism and customer interaction.

  Nothing but disrespect, when I tried to cancel my membership I dealt with their “manager” Kielee. In which she was awful, so disrespectful. I told her multiple times I just wanted to cancel the membership and she insisted for 20 minutes on why I shouldn’t and all these perks they have (they don’t this car wash is out dated 10 years). And by the time she accepts you don’t wanna continue your membership she’s so blatantly rude about it. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone I know. Disrespect comes from the top.

  Pretty good car wash. ~$40 /mo after promos. Free vacuum and cleaning supplies.
