Anytime I need to get any work done on my car, it’s always super intimidating as I know i’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to car stuff, and I often feel as though I’m getting taken advantage of. At Valvoline it was the complete opposite :) I unfortunately forgot the names of everyone who took care of me but I was there around 3PM on April 1st, I only came for an oil change but I left feeling much more informed about my car (without being harassed and haggled to spend all my money which most mechanics love to do to me lol) Everyone was super kind, informative & straightforward and I now know where I’ll be coming for all my future oil changes & car needs! They also explained how to get their coupons online to save more in the future. Super happy with my experience, I was dreading it but it was exactly 15 mins and hassle-free.

I usually dread going to car garages because most places try to upsell you on things you don’t need, or the customer service just isn’t great. This experience was completely different. The service was amazing from start to finish. There were two cars ahead of me when I arrived, but everything moved quickly and efficiently. I went in for an oil change, and Brandon was incredibly polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me what my car needed beyond the oil change, without making me feel pressured. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future oil changes and any other car-related needs.
