    4/10/2026-JIFFY LUBE #804; INVOICE #2016934 - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIRS AS THEIR MECHANICS DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE FIXING CARS. I TOOK MY CAR FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THE CSA, ALEESHA K. SAID THAT THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE VALVE COVER GASKET CAUSING OIL TO SPILL OUT AND RECOMMENDED THE VALVE COVER GASKET BE REPAIRED ALONG WITH A TUNE UP BECAUSE THE SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COILS WERE OLD. I TRUSTED WHAT SHE SAID AND WENT AHEAD AND AGREED WITH THE REPAIRS. IT TOOK OVER 4 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE TECH, DAVID N. SAID EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THAT WAS A LIE BECAUSE THIRTY MINUTES LATER, I RETURNED TO THE STORE BECAUSE THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THEY CLEAN SOME PART AND SAID THAT THAT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED BUT THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART AND IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $100-$200. I ASKED THE SERVICE PERSON IF THE CAR WOULD MAKE IT HOME AND HE SAID YES. HOWEVER, HE LIED ALSO. AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW, MY CAR IS BROKEN DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY AND I AM SITTING HERE WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK AFTER SPENDING ALL THAT MONEY TO FIX MY CAR. I AM GOING TO SUE THIS COMPANY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR NEGLIGENCE FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE AND FOR PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK ON THE HIGHWAY.

    It was the best experience I’ve had at this type of car service place. The staff was especially kind and helpful. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will return for service to my car and highly recommend this location (#804 on Pines) because of the staff. Yon-Alec and another young man who I don’t recall his name but had locs in his hair, were excellent.

    I’m not a review kind of person but I had to shout out this location. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is working hard and together! Music on, good energy, and collective hustle. Good crew they got! My tech Jeff is probably the hardest working tech I’ve seen at a Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys

    I came in yesterday for a simple oil change and somehow left with a messed up glove compartment, wasted time, and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I got there, I was being pushed to get extra services coolant flush, brake fluid, filters when I made it very clear multiple times that I ONLY came in for an oil change. After I had already paid, I decided on my own to add an engine air filter, and somehow that turned into them pushing a cabin air filter and then trying to tell me that’s what I originally asked for. It wasn’t. At that point, it was obvious they care more about upselling than actually listening. What was supposed to be a “2 minute” job turned into over 20 minutes of confusion and poor work. The employee working on my car (Victoria) clearly did not know what she was doing. She went through my glove compartment, struggled the entire time, and ended up messing up the slow-drop feature. Then told me it would “just be like that now.” Absolutely not. I even said straight up my car is not a cheap car, and I would like someone who knows what they’re doing to be working on it. Victoria did not seem experienced at all. The only response I got was “every car is different.” Okay… and that’s exactly why you should be properly trained before working on people’s vehicles. My car could have been permanently damaged, and nobody seemed to take that seriously. It then took multiple people to come over, look at it with flashlights, walk away, come back just a complete mess for something that should have taken two minutes. Not one person apologized or even acknowledged how inconvenient and frustrating this was. Then I asked for a manager. At first I was told he was busy, which is fine, I said I would wait. When I finally spoke to him Mario (light-skinned with dreads) he was rude, dismissive, and honestly just acted like he didn’t care. He told me my concerns were “above his pay grade,” which is actually crazy to say to a paying customer. Instead of helping, he basically tried to brush me off and get me out of there. When I asked if he was seriously brushing me off, he ignored me completely. I also asked Yon (the same one pushing all the extra services) for his name. He ignored me more than once, and when he finally answered, he said it was “on the receipt” instead of just telling me. That alone says a lot about the level of customer service here. So to sum it up: I came in for an oil change, got pressured into services I didn’t ask for, had my car handled by someone who clearly wasn’t trained, waited over 20 minutes for something that should’ve taken 2, got zero apology, and then was dismissed by a manager who didn’t want to do his job. Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If you care about your car and how you’re treated, go somewhere else. Update (Follow-Up): After posting my original review, the business responded asking me to email them because they couldn’t locate my information in their system. I followed their instructions and reached out last week with my details and once again, no response. At this point, it’s clear that the lack of accountability goes beyond just the initial visit. Not only did I have a terrible in-person experience, but the follow-up (or lack of one) has been just as disappointing. Don’t ask customers to reach out privately to resolve an issue if you have no intention of actually responding. I gave them the opportunity to make this right, and they chose not to. This just confirms everything I said in my original review poor service, poor communication, and no regard for customers even after the fact. Still would not recommend.
