  I had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and completed the service quickly. I really appreciated the transparency and customer service.

  This is my first time going to a Jiffy Lube and I wouldn’t call it an oil change. I call it an adventure, and Brian, Crystal, and Frank were my guides. 😂 I had no idea that they checked on your car while you were still in it and worked on it. It was a really cool experience. Great conversation the entire time, witty banter, super entertaining. I will come back here again because of my combined enjoyable experience. they offered me lots of services. They were never pushy about anything, very nice.

  I really appreciated how promptly my car was serviced at this location. I came in for a brake fluid flush, and JD took the time to educate me on a few things about my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. He was efficient and helpful, and Wes, Stephanie, and Tommie were just as prompt, polite, and welcoming. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

  I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I arrived, the team was very professional and attentive. The service was fast, efficient, and high quality. I especially want to highlight Érica and JD, who provided exceptional service and made sure everything was perfect. This is definitely a place you can trust and one I will return to.

  0 out of 10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I sat at this Jiffy Lube from 2:17pm until 5:21pm only to find out that they did not complete the repair. Specifically, 7 mo ago I brought my car in to have my AC to see if I had any leaks or if my Freon was just low. They inspected it and recharged it. My air was blowing great! Today(7 months later), one of my vents seemed to not be as cold-it was still cool but not cold. I sat inside of the car patiently for 1 hour until I saw 4 mechanics chilling and talking to each other like no customers were waiting. So I asked how much longer would it be. That prompted one of them to come over and begin servicing me. They asked me to have a seat inside of the waiting area; ID. After about an hour (which is 2 hrs after my arrival), I asked how much longer. The lady said oh they are recharging it so like 15 mins. I waited another 30-35 minutes and was like no I’m going out there. Once I got out there, I found out the machine was not working and they just had the car pulled up pretending. They could have easily communicated that to me and informed me or the corrective measure they would be doing. But nooooooo the nasty attitude worker (light skin fluffy boy with dreads) dismissed me like I did not have a valid concern. When I got in the car I discovered that my air does not work at all!!!!! My air was blowing very cool/cold when I brought it in, now I have to ride with my windows down while it’s raining. They could have easily communicated all of this and things would have been better. He wanted to send me home in this hot car like that’s how I brought it in. He needs a new job.
